Everything was just as I hoped. Made our stay very enjoyable. Had family from Garland come down and everyone had a blast. I will recommend the Lodge to anyone wanting a great place to stay.
The Lodge was perfect. There was a little confusion during check-in and the access instructions to the lodge was not clear, but Ms Sarah quickly took care of things and all went well. The power did go out for the entire area during the first 3 to 5 hours, but that issue was not the fault of the owner/staff and instead an issue with the town or county officials. Ms Sarah and Ms Melanie definitely deserve praise and a raise, because they were both excellent and extremely helpful and accommodating. My fam and I had a great time. Thanks again, ladies! Bravo! 5 stars!
Weâve stayed here before, and definitely will again. 8 guys all fishing a private tournament. Great parking, facilities, location, 2 available boat stallsâŠthanks for opening the old lodge back up! JC
- great property with good amenities and entertainment options
- kayaks and canoes included with the stay were very new and clean
- rooms were comfortable
- great place to watch fireworks during a big celebration like NYE or ID4
- perfect location and view
- Tina came by to say hi and she was such a delight
This is a beautiful cabin in a prime spot on Caddo Lake! Our grandchildren loved their "game room" as they called it. We enjoyed early morning fishing in our pajamas out at the private dock while we watched the sun rise and had a great time canoing and kayaking in the canoes and kayaks that were provided. It was a pleasure meeting the property owners, great people that were available for any needs. After our magical weekend of making memeories with our children and grandchildren on the most beautiful lake we plan to make this stay a family tradition!
We decided to do our sibling trip this year at a more central point for all of us. The Uncertain Lodge worked really well. We brought a regular size ping pong table with us - we had one growing up. More than enough room to compete and just have a blast. Tina and her husband we very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for you hospitality. Highly recommended...
***be sure to learn about the history there....W O W!!!
The upstairs bedroom is unusable pretty much for sleeping. In order to warm the downstairs area you will suffocate upstairs. So we had to basically sleep on couches down stairs instead. Then the game room you freeze since there isn't a working unit in there and no air vents for the HVAC system. The window unit doesn't work
Great place to stay, will definitely use again next time I am in the area.
Could use some dresser drawers/closets to put cloths in for long stays and towel racks in bath rooms, and ice maker in fridge to work, but otherwise a very nice clean and comfortable place to stay. Can't wait to come fish here again and see if this place is available?
We love the lake the boat slip and the owners kindness and willing to help. Canoe and kayaks are offered for free to the visitors. Good getaway for the weekend.
Third room was a little bit of code, old and rusty.
The Incertain lodge was incredibly spacious, the accommodations were perfect for our large group, and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. The Talleyâs were wonderful hosts that we hope turn into life long friends as we intend to return often over the years.
I was born and raised in Marshall, TX and I have been to many lakes over the years, but I have always had a passion and love for Caddo Lake. I was only two weeks old when my parents first brought me out on the lake. Ever since then, I have found various ways to enjoy the lake setting. One of my favorite hobbies is speedboat racing! I spend as much of my free time as I can out on the water in the mud or jet boat. The water is my happy place and when I saw this property with such stunning views and access to the lake that I love, I knew that this was the perfect opportunity to share the gift of Caddo Lake with everyone else. My side kick Jax (my dog) and I live next to the first location and love to visit with the guest and share the history of Caddo Lake.
