Located in historic Lincolnville neighborhood is this stunning luxury home perched along the tidal marshes of Oyster creek and just steps from St. Augustine’s historic district.

This unique home features a gourmet kitchen, an open living area with Netflix included, a handy workspace, 2 king bedrooms each with a full bath and stunning views out to the marsh from the custom windows and decked patio.

The Space:
Welcome to 200 Riberia, a part of the Lincolnville Luxe Collection - a group of stunning and luxurious new construction vacation homes along the tidal marshes of Oyster Creek, steps away from St. Augustine's Historic District and everything this magical city has to offer. Leave the car parked and walk to restaurants, attractions & nightlife with everything right on your doorstep.

Step inside and be greeted with modern open living with bright, sun-filled rooms from the abundance of custom windows throughout which gives this home its unique new age style.

Relax in the living area overlooking the marshes on the buttery soft leather sofa and two matching armchairs while you catch up on all your favorite shows on the wall mounted Smart TV with Netflix included.

Cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner in the gourmet kitchen with everything you could need right at your fingertips. There is a large French door fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and cooktop, a built in microwave, coffee machine and a dishwasher to handle all the cleaning up. Looking for an easier breakfast during your vacay? Blue Hen, our top brunch spot in town is only ONE block away! Hello eggs benedict and pint mimosas.

Eat together at the sleek quartz breakfast bar with seating for four, or if you don’t feel like cooking, go for a stroll to the historic district and be spoilt for choice with many delicious restaurants and cafes to choose from.
The home is perfectly set up for remote workers or students with a custom workspace by the window with WiFi to keep you connected and charging stations.

Make your way up the stairs to the second level where you will find the spacious master bedroom filled with natural light from the custom windows with elevated views out to the marsh and beyond. The room offers a luxuriously large pillow top king bed and a second TV perfect for movie nights spent tucked up in bed. Off the master is the sparkling ensuite with a large walk in shower with chic subway tiles and all the essentials to make your stay comfortable.

Across the hall is the generous front bedroom that also features a king bed topped with soft, quality linen and plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home.

The central bathroom is located on the landing and offers a relaxing full size bath with an overhead shower and soft fluffy towels for each guest. There is an additional half bath located downstairs as well as a laundry nook with access to a washing machine and dryer so you can pack light and wash on the go.

Step out onto the back decked patio where you can chill out with friends on the comfortable outdoor lounge - the perfect place for morning coffees or evening cocktails watching the spectacular sunsets over the marina and soaking up the breathtaking views of scenic wetlands.

Leave you car parked in the driveway and wander the streets of the historic district on foot where you can experience this one of a kind city at your own pace meandering through the charming streets, stopping in for delicious bites, and enjoying the great nightlife after dark.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire house and private outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee for their fist morning, and access to a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

The Neighborhood:
St. Augustine is the nation’s most historic city with Lincolnville being home to the largest concentration of late Victorian era buildings in the city and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
 
Being within walking district of St. Augustine’s tourism epicenter, Lincolnville is a 140-acre walkable neighborhood and also holds the distinction of being one of the most charming. Experience flavorful dining, art and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep.

200 Riberia is just down the street from the St. Augustine Distillery, St. Augustine Fish Camp, and San Sabastian Winery! Blue Hen, the top neighborhood brunch spot is just a block away, perfect for grabbing a delicious breakfast before you explore downtown.


Sun, fun, history, and mystery —From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum and everything in between there is something for everyone and all just a short stroll from the house.

Getting Around:
Get around town in any different way:
*With the great location, guests can walk to the many shops, top restaurants, art galleries and attractions making it easy to get around on foot.
*OR bring your bikes and utilize the built in bike racks on the side of the home (please bring your own locks) Drifters is our top recommendation for daily bike rentals and will drop them off directly at the home.
*Pineapple Ride and Tour is right up the road and provides golf cart rides to anywhere in the city at $4/person.
*The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and will set you back around $25 per adult and $10 for kids which includes three days of unlimited rides and complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum. Purchase your tickets online and hop right on just up the road at the Distillery!

Other Things to Note:
PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home (some exceptions are allowed, please ask). The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year.
-Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $100 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)

Neighborhood is run-down

Prior to booking, I emailed about window coverings because there are LOTS of windows. I was assured all bedroom windows had shades. Upon arrival, one bedroom had a missing blind, back door could not be opened without using two hands and tv remote was not working. Owner replied the following afternoon. They dropped batteries at house for remote and "used to have blinds" but not anymore. So email was a lie? No mention of fixing the backdoor lock. On Day 2, ants invaded the kitchen. I didn't even reach out to owner based on non-reply of other issues. The house was nice inside, minus the issues but neighborhood is sketchy and amenities (towels, kitchenware) were bare (1 bath towel per person for 3 day stay)minimum. Kitchen had 4 plates, 3 spoons, maybe 6 forks.

Just a relaxing weekend in St Augustine

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and hosts were available and very helpful. My wife is from St Augustine originally and we both enjoyed a relaxing weekend and our favorite restaurants. Recommend this rental highly. Very convenient but still quiet and private location. We will return.

We loved having 2 king beds, one en suite bath and another for the other bedroom. Having a main floor powder room was also a great bonus. Nice accommodations all around. Furniture and beds were comfortable, enjoyed the front porch area and back deck. The kitchen was well laid out. Overall, a very nice place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place has everything you need to live comfortably with a location that makes it convenient to go out in Old St. Augustine. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the deck, watching birds in the marsh and, after a long day being tourists, enjoyed television on the couch in the evening. We would definitely recommend this property!

Everything about this property exceeds expectations. Beautiful, new, clean, super modern. Walking distance to local hot spots and the center of town. We rented one place and our friends rented the next door unit. We both would give it 10/10 - and are looking forward to the next stay there. The location is perfect! A short walk to catch a trolley during the day or grab a nice meal at night. The house was very clean-they thought of all the little things…toothbrush holders, toiletries, a very generous welcome gift. Absolutely will stay here next trip to St.Augustine

Close to downtown, great view

This stay was perfect for our family’s mini vacation. Such a short drive to downtown, and the space itself had the best backyard view. All kitchen amenities and supplies were provided, the beds were very comfy, and the whole place is kept very clean and tidy. Loved the location. Beautiful sunsets and comfy beds. Only response for early check in or having bikes delv early, was let us know when you are in town, Little dead bugs, and crumbs in living room. More soap needed in bathrooms for showering.
