Amazing Views! This custom 4 bed, 3 bath, 2,000 square foot home located in the sought after gated beachfront Seascape community, would be the ideal getaway for you and your family. From the moment you step inside, you'll be struck by the stunning views from the custom floor to ceiling windows showcasing the Monterey Bay. Perfect location to enjoy all the area has to offer. Walking/biking distance to Seascape Resort and shopping center that offers restaurants, deli, groceries and sundries.

Enjoy spending time with family and friends in this open concept home with spectacular bay views. Perfect home for two families as it offers two primary suites with king beds, attached baths and ocean views, as well as two guest bedrooms with two twin beds each.
Large deck with table, chairs and loungers, small gas BBQ and outdoor hot and cold shower. Use of a ladder that hangs on the sea wall is used to access the beach, or you can walk down to the beach access stairs.
Every attempt has been made to make sure this home is comfortable and well supplied with everything you need to relax and leave the outside world behind.

Spend your evenings around a beach bon-fire, making smores and listening to the waves crash.

Fun week at the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time, the place was right on the sand and the view was amazing. Rained a good deal of the time but we still had a great time. Couldn't ask for a better place to watch the rain and waves

Review of 750 Via Gabito

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had to purchase a $300.00 Tempur-pedic mattress topper because the bed was so hard. We left it as it did not fit in our car. (Hopefully you continue to use it). We had 3 issues with people coming on the sea wall/deck late at night. First time in all the years staying here, that this has happened. We did not feel safe. There is no security for homeowners/renters. Sheriffs dept. does not come out when called. We have loved staying here for over 25 years. COVID stopped us from staying the last couple of years. We always come a couple times a year and stay at least 2 weeks. We respect the home as if it was ours. Safety is a huge concern. Being woken up in the middle of the night by 5 guys sitting on your deck and running up and down the wall is concerning. Hopefully you will address our concerns.As always, we love your home and appreciate you sharing it. Respectfully Richard and Kathleen Kettmann

Dreamy Week At The Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There is nothing better than spending a week right on the beach! We lived on the expansive deck gazing out at the ocean. We saw dolphins, seals and porpoises. We loved the ease of beach access; just dropping the ladder down for long walks on the beach, to play bocce ball, play in the waves and boogie board. We’ve now stayed in six different homes on Via Gaviota and this one is our favorite! The view from the main living space is incomparable; you can see the entire bay, both north and south. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you need (though Door-Dash or take out at Aptos St. BBQ are great options when you don’t want to cook). The layout with two separate masters and two rooms with twin beds is great. We left the house to hike at nearby Nisene Marks State Park one day to realize that it didn’t get much better than just being at the ocean.

Location location location

Older but impeccably maintained oceanfront home. What it lacks in charm/decor is more than made up for by the sound of the surf and easy access (by ladder) to the sand.
