Peaceful Seattle Luxury Estate Romantic Seaview Guesthouse
Our Seaview Guesthouse has the most stunning and awesome unobstructed west-facing view of Puget Sound and the snow-capped Olympic Mountains range you can possibly imagine. Our guests marvel time and again at the jaw-dropping sunset view. And in the mornings, this beautiful private sea and mountain view greet you when you first awake in the King Bed.
The apartment is located a few minutes north of Seattle's Ballard neighborhood has a private entrance with self check-in, and sleeps up to 6 people. Features a full kitchen with dishwasher, dining area, full bath, patio area with seating, gas BBQ, desk with iMac, free internet, plus off-street/private parking. Shared common areas outside include the in-ground gas fire pit, upper deck, and landscaped yard.
Our Romantic Seaview Guesthouse has a very large living room with ample couch and chair seating for 6+ people, 55" TV with Direct-TV access, gas fireplace. There is a delightful and comfortable King Bed with My Pillows (washed after each guest stay) in the separate private bedroom. The smaller but efficient kitchen has a pass-through counter/ bar with 3 stools as well as a separate glass dining table that seats 4 people. A pull-down full-size Murphy Bed and a separate single lounge chair that converts to a bed also is located in the large living room. Our Guesthouse can sleep comfortably 5 people. If you are willing to squeeze, an air mattress can be requested allowing 2 additional sleep spots.
There are sliding doors from both the Living Room and Bedroom to your own private, covered patio with an outside dining table for 4+ people -- with that always-present stunning unobstructed west-facing view of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountain range.
You literally do not even see another neighboring house from either indoors or your patio! Instead it is all 180 degree sweeping views of nature, sea, and the Olympic Mountains, plus one or two tall cedar trees.
Guests use our Schlage Sense keyless, self-check-in Entry Door Keypad Lock, so they can can let themselves upon arrival.
SAFE CLEANING POLICY: For Guest safety and health protection, we deep clean after each Guest stay and before each new Guest check in. This includes all fresh clean linens/towels, using disinfectant cleaner on all frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) as well as hard floors and furniture.

The entire Romantic Seaview Guesthouse is private and yours to enjoy. You also have an outdoor private patio with table just outside your patio doors and chairs as well as a gas-powered fire pit (for ambiance, not cooking ;-). The backyard grass is undergoing some re-landscaping (as of April 2023). If you are counting on using the grass and this note about landscaping work is still here, please check with Host before booking to make sure it will be available. Please note the yard is a common area and may also be used by the owners or guests from the other suite on-site.

NOTE #4: We always do our best to give our Guests the best service, luxury, security, and experience possible when they stay at any of our AirBnb properties whether in Seattle or Maui. Our extensive, multi-year SuperHost Review History (on Airbnb) attests to this, so be sure to refer to our Reviews. Because our home in NW Seattle is a large multi-million dollar estate above the sea and facing west towards the Olympic Mountains, we are only comfortable renting to Guests who are willing to exchange full Contact Info with us in advance of arrival. Doing this also allows us to offer each Guest the special and unique privilege of Self Check-In by using a Schlage Keypad Entry Lock. We provide the Keypad Code when we send our WELCOME EMAIL and have received back the Guests full Contact Info, including Name, Address, Phone and Email. We also provide one private off-street parking space for each Unit, near the the Entry Door. Thanks for your kind understanding.

Our beautiful timeshares in Kaanapali, Maui (near Lahaina) are at luxury oceanfront resorts and can be rented as Studios, 1-bedrooms or 2-bedrooms. As decades-long owners at these luxury resorts, you share in the many special perks we have as owners including (subject to availability) early check-in, late check-out, best possible room locations plus there are no resort fees (only local taxes) and parking is always free.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We love our little slice of heaven on earth here in a quiet NW neighborhood in Seattle overlooking the Salish Sea (aka Puget Sound) but still very close to the "action" of the city. The beautiful Olympic Mountains gleam in the sunlight and the sunsets are spectacular here. We have a large yard (recently expanded) which is available for enjoyment of Guests, and where we have hosted weddings and parties (separate rental fees apply for events). Additionally our large upper deck is a common area Guests enjoy lounging on, particularly in the summer months.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
All units have gas grills and outdoor furniture. Guests staying at either of the units on our luxury Seattle estate can also access the gas fire pit outside (no cooking there please!) and the local outdoor community swimming pool during summer months for an additional fee. Nearby are forested trails you can take down to Carkeek Park, beach and wetlands. Neighborhood is also fantastic for walking. There are plenty of great restaurants and shopping in close proximity. Off street parking for each unit as well.
