You will love this arty flat located right in Paris center !
2 bedrooms and a living room, and a wonderfull
terrace overlooking Paris' skyline and Pompidou center!
As it’s my own flat, eerything you need is in the flat for cooking,
ironing or drying your hair !
All Paris must sees are at a walking distance as
well as thousands of shops and restaurants.
You will be at 2 mns of Paris' biggest transportation hub: airport and railway stations directly connected. I live on 5th floor with no elevator but the view is worth the climb ;-)

Great experience in the heart of Paris! The location coudn't be better: we walked to all major attactions in 20- 30 minutes. A lot of restorants and shopping malls around. The terrace was the real bonus for our entire stay - your exclusive VIP spot for enjoying Paris evenings. Our special gratitude to our host Olivier. Well before the stay we were provided with detailed instructions and advices. Thank you, Oliver!

The flat was in a perfect location, close to the metro and lots of shops and restaurants. It was quite the trek up the flights of stairs, but the charm of the neighborhood made it worth it. Olivier was an amazing host - super responsive and available for any questions. He even provided his favorite places to eat, which was a great addition.

We were very pleased with our experience. Olivier was proactive and timely with communication. We landed early in the morning and needed a place to store our luggage until check-in time and Olivier was fantastic at communicating and accommodating in this regard. Check-in and check-out couldn't have been any easier. Most importantly, the property was very clean and comfortable. The terrace was every bit of what we were hoping for and provided a great place to close out the evenings. Centrally located to really all we wanted to do. It is on the 5th floor with only stairs for access. While this was no problem for us, it is the one thing to be aware of before booking.

The flat was accurately described in terms of what it had to offer and Oliver was a very responsive host. The location was great. The restaurant suggestions and other tips he provided were appreciated and helpful. However, the overall experience was not what we had hoped. Instead of feeling like the place was ours for our visit as we are accustomed to with vacation rentals, we felt more like we were staying at someone’s house after giving them a few hours notice. It was obvious that this was his primary home as there were personal clothes in the hamper, no space in the closets as they were filled with his clothes, and all the cubbies in the bathroom filled with personal items, and leftover tile behind doors. We would not book this flat again.

A very sweet little flat with lots of character and charm, located very centrally so we walked everywhere. Super kitchen and lovely china and comfortable beds. There is good TV and Olivier very kindly let us arrive early which was above and beyond. He also made several helpful recommendations which enhanced our enjoyment of our holiday.

The apartment was fantastic. It has everything you need and more. Even in the worst winter weather, the balcony was a beautiful spot to look over the city. The apartment has easy access to anything of interest, food, drinks, groceries, activities, very central. Host was very easy to communicate with and we would definitely come back to this lovely place.

Wonderful Place

This cozy apartment was very centrally located and we were able to walk to many sights like the Louvre, Ile de Cite, and the Latin Quarter. Also conveniently located to the Metro with lots of good restaurants. A perfect base of operations to visit Paris.

Wonderful Paris Ezperience

Great location close to metro, tourist spots, restaurants and shopping. Felt like we were living like a true Parisian for a few days. There are stairs but the reward is a lovely terrace to enjoy. Our host was easy to communicate with and responsive - definitively recommend!

Perfect location, very walkable to the Louvre and Notre Dame. The apartment has a modern bath and kitchen. It is on the fifth floor and there is no elevator, but you have a beautiful balcony. There are two bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Olivier was very helpful with local restaurant recommendations and metro information. Wonderful stay, thank you Olivier.

The only thing better than the location was the balcony!! Just really loved staying here. Every comfort was made available. Even a new portable air conditioner which made the 5 floors well worth it. Merci Oliver!!

We have just had a fantastic long weekend in this lovely apartment, right in the heart of Paris. It is on the top floor of a very traditional old building with a lot of character. The balcony was particularly nice, right opposite an old church and you could hear the choir singing on the Sunday morning. Olivier is a very helpful and charming host and gave us lots of tips for restaurants and so on. Everything is in walking distance and the location couldn’t be better. Do make sure you can lift your luggage easily as there is no lift.

Great location surrounded by metro stations and restaurants

Why it worked for us: central location, 15 minutes walk to Notre-Dame, several city metro stations and direct line to the airport 2 minutes walk. Restaurants on every corner. 2 quaint rooms , washer and dryer is a big plus. Be aware of the around 104 stairs up to the 5th floor. But the advantage is you don’t hear noise from a busy street and get good night sleep. The host is super friendly and helpful.

A+ for location, vibe, and amenities!

From the moment we booked, our host was communicative, honest, and welcoming. He was always quick to reply when I had questions (which was mostly silly things like "how do I get the wi-fi password" even though he had told me in a prior message). He gave us recommendations on eateries. The flat was exactly what was described and promised. Comfortable, warm, and a great patio on the 6th floor. We could see Museum Pompidou from the balcony. What a great time we had!
