Great home in an amazing location

Have stayed in multiple homes in the area over the past several years. This is definitely our favorite. Good size for the family with all the beach supplies we needed. Very clean and well apportioned . Literally a stone’s throw to the beach and a short walk to Moonlight Beach. Would definitely stay again.

Annual Trip

We are a group of friends that grew up together and now live in different states. We take an annual trip every year to San Diego and have rented many places. This place was truly excellent. Great location, close to beach and exactly as shown online. We will definitely come back again!

House was perfect, ready on time, and the outdoor space is amazing. The tv wasn’t working when we got there and they showed up with a full new tv and installed it for us which was perfect since we had 4 kids and a lot of rain! They had everything we needed and the location truly can’t be beat. The beds are comfy and the rooms are dark so all 8 of us actually slept amazing! We will be back!!

Property was perfect and communication with property manager could not have been any better. I do wish I would have known about the cliff and stairs required to manage to get down to the beach. Maybe thats on me for not knowing the area better. Perfect location for access to local restaurants and shops. Would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful modern home, steps from the beach

We had an amazing weekend at this home in Encinitas. The home is spacious, clean, well designed and perfect for indoor and outdoor living. With a group of five adults, we had plenty of room. Stairs down to the beach are just steps away and the villages of Leucadia and Encinitas with their wealth of stores and restaurants are close. The property manager was incredibly responsive and supportive leading up to and during our stay. Highly recommend this property!

This home is amazing! We stayed for a week with our son, daughter-in-law, and 3 grandchildren. The 2 living rooms are fabulous. So much space! All of the beds were so comfortable. The outside shower is so perfect for coming back from the beach! The outside patio area was so big and nice. We ate all of our meals outside. Very well stocked kitchen made cooking easy. Lived the filtered water and all of the organic non plastic environmentally conscious additions. Having 2 washer dryers and the big garage was great. Would definitely love to stay again.

The place was perfect for our two families.

The house was ideal for our two families. We loved have the bikes to head to the surf breaks. And the body boards for those who didn’t surf. The main room was ideal for family dinners and hanging out playing cards after. I can’t wait to return.

This was hands down the best VRBO rental we've ever stayed in. Everything was immaculate. Perfectly set up for a family. So close to the beach. I don't have one bad thing to say. Would definitely come back!

Awesome house and location!

This was the perfect property for our stay, which included my family and my sister and her family. The property was beautifully designed inside, and the location, just steps from Stone Steps beach, was perfect for morning and sunset walks along the beach. We especially enjoyed the gathering around the outdoor area. The host was outstanding, and everything was as shown on the listing - and even better in person. They even had a pack and play set up upon arrival for my sister’s baby. We would absolutely book this property again.

This home is beautifully appointed with everything you need for an amazing vacation. Extremely clean! Outdoor space is relaxing and inviting. Only a short 1 minute walk to the beach. Galyn was a wonderful host with strong communication. We will definitely be back!

Great house! Amazing Location!

The house is excellent, with a wonderful front yard and patio. The inside is clean an spacious. Our family truly enjoyed the home, and the neighborhood! The street out front has limited traffic and is full of folks walking/running. It is steps from a beautiful view of the ocean and steps to the beach. Loved it. Galyn was excellent to work with!

Absolutely Perfect Spot in SoCal

You know how some rentals just totally exceed your expectations? This one is that. We were a party of five (husband/wife + 6 year old + grandparents) and this house was amazing. So well laid out (plenty of space!), so clean, uncluttered, and really terrifically located for exploring everywhere from the surf towns of Encinitas and Leucadia all the way down to San Diego. It's a short 3-4 block walk to a fantastic coffee shop and other businesses and you're also super close to I-5, which is great for exploring. And the beach! It's literally RIGHT THERE. Between the wetsuits and surfboards (we never would have done this if it hadn't been for the home's provided equipment!), the arcade machine with 60+ games, and the amazing front yard for lounging, I thought we may never leave.

Awesome & Beautiful Home

Enjoyed a Friendsgiving weekend with 7 friends at this beautiful home & it was perfect for what I was looking for. Super Clean & a Modern remodeled home, Close to the beach & downtown Encinitas & only 20-30 min drive from Various San Diego Hot spots. We especially loved the outdoor seating area with the fire pit & outdoor dining area. It was also nice that the home accommodates for those that need to work remotely & has separate parking area. Galyn was great and easy to contact. We Would love to stay here again!
