Perfect Escape

amazing and wonderful place to stay at. Beautiful views right by the water and close to the beach. Definitely would recommend that anyone and would choose to stay there again.

Great Vacation Spot

Great place to stay that's close to the beach and close in town. Staff was amazing to work with as we needed them for something. Friendly and very quick to accommodate. Highly recommend using them again.

Older property with close location to beach. Picture made it seem this would be a quite location. Could hear and see street traffic from outside balcony. Padre Escapes very responsive to questions.

I didn’t see it in the description but when planning your stay, if you gonna have a boat and trailer you can keep it on the street and there is plenty of room. We didn’t do the boat slip because we were traveling to Bird Island to launch but slip was in good shape. Overall this was a great place to stay.

The microwave wasn’t working and the management company didn’t tell us before the arrival. We had to call for service on the hot tub which was taken care of the next day. Parking was good with the reserved spot and access to the unit was easy. The management company checked in with us after we arrived to make sure we were all set.

I rented this condo for my daughter, her husband and my 2 grandchildren. My son-in-law woke up in the a.m. with water dripping on his face from a leak in the ceiling. Management responded promptly and sent someone out to check it but it wasn't fixed during their stay. I would suggest that the owners provide more than one towel per person and a little more in the way of laundry soap and cleaning products. Management employees were very personable and helpful

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was probably my worst stay at a condo. One restroom toilet was not working the whole time and would not flush. There were ants on the front and back porch. Also the title inside was cracked and tripped some of our kids when they would run.

I'm sorry you did not enjoy your stay and you had some maintenance issues. I do not see that you reached out to us about them and would have gladly addressed them for you. We have an on-site maintenance team ready to address anything thrown their way, please do not hesitate to ever let us know of any issues or concerns you may have during your stay. As an update we have since replaced the couple of cracked tiles within the unit, our maintenance was unable to find any issues with any of the toilets, and they were able to retreat the space for preventative pest control! Had a lot of windy days. Couldn't use the pool or the hot tub or sit out there during our two weeks. The tubs in each bathroom were not designed for anyone 6 ft.+ The unit was very clean.

The staff were nice and friendly for booking but responding to questions/issues took a long time. We really liked that we had covered parking and the area was safe to take walks and enjoy. On the downside; The thermostat didn't seem to work properly, so the room got very warm at times. Also with the neighboring rooms sharing a deck it was very loud until all hours of the night. There doesn't seem to be a quiet time and the pool cerfew is not enforced. So be ready for very little sleep.
