Approx 1600 sq ft., quiet, guarded and gated and well located near El Paseo and all attractions the Desert has to offer including the Living Desert, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, McCallum Theatre, and El Paseo fashion and restaurant district. Two car garage, magnificent Mountain Views and bbq for those perfect Desert nights. The master bedroom opens up to a serene patio, the en suite bath with a large soaking tub looks on to peaceful atrium. The 2 guest bedrooms also look into second tranquil indoor atrium. Large living space has fireplace, wet bar and separate dining area. Kitchen is light and bright and has dining nook. Community has 4 pools, tennis and pickle ball courts and walking paths through well-maintained grounds and is close by to several hiking and biking trails. Condo includes pickle ball equipment, bikes, yoga mat, games, books and DVDs to keep you entertained during your vacation. Pets welcome!

Great space but carpet was very dirty

This was the 2nd time we stayed in this home. We love the space and the community is wonderful. Unfortunately, the carpet was very dirty. Lots of dog stains. We have a dog and had to use a diaper on him when he was in the house as he would want to mark where all the other dogs had left a stain. Other than that, we were very comfortable in the house - loved the citrus trees in the back where we could get fresh fruit to juice in the mornings. Would love to come back if the carpets were cleaned.

Great location and community

Lynn was a very nice, accommodating host. The house was well stocked with all you would need. We had two issues with the house. There were several pots that we found were dirty. When we turned on the oven we found that the oven was very dirty. Finally, we need good support in furniture. every piece of furniture in living and dining room was so soft you sunk deep into it which was uncomfortable. We also found all the beds to be very soft. For some people this is perfect, for us it wasn't. Overall, the house is in a great location and has all you could need. I assume Lynn has gotten a good cleaner now that she's learned about the problem.

beautiful home in a wonderful community

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home for all of January. Lynn, the property manager, met us when we arrived to show us around. She was very accommodating and was always available to answer any of our questions. The home was very comfortable, very clean and had all the comforts of our own home. We loved the community as the people were very friendly. We wanted to book this property for next year but sadly it was already booked for January through March. We would definitely stay here again.

Good location and well maintained properrty

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean and Lynn, the property manager was very helpful and met us with a bottle of wine upon our arrival. Pickle ball was a lot of fun and nice to have the bikes. Nice to have the choice of 4 community pools but the maintenance was a little behind. Loved our patio, very private and enjoyed eating dinner out there. Very quiet community.

Hidden oasis in Hidden Palms

We enjoyed 4 weeks at this beautiful, comfortable home. We were welcomed into the community by other tenants and even took up pickle ball. We were included in social events and even given tickets to watch the BNP Paribas tennis in Indian Wells. We did have to top up everyday supplies such as dishwasher pods, laundry soap and paper products but not a big deal. The listing states that there is a fireplace but it wasn't functioning during our stay. The property manager Lynn was lovely and very attentive, just a text away. Would definitely stay here again.

Respect your renters by preparing rental ahead of time

The location is fantastic. The house wasn’t ready for us. The air conditioner didn’t cool until I had to force the issue after 26 days. The carpeting was dirty with pet stains. The windows were so dirty the neighbors complained. Shower floors were dangerously slippery before mats were provided. The garage was dirty. The toaster had to be replaced. Fire hazard. Everything was addressed in a timely fashion but should have been done before arriving.

Wonderful location

This is a great house for exploring Palm Desert. Close to El Paseo, Fred Waring, and the 111 you have access to anywhere you want to go in Palm Desert. Hidden Palms neighborhood has great amenities with pools and got tubs for winding down at the end of the day and the neighbors are friendly during morning and evening walks.

Great stay in Palm Desert

We had a month long rental while my dad was in the hospital recovering from an unexpected surgery while on vacation. This property worked out perfect and was conveniently located to everything. The house was spacious and had all the amenities you could think of. The house is in a gated community so it felt very safe as well. If we need an extended stay again, we would definitely stay here. The owner and property manager, Aimee were lovely to work with.

Wonderful home away from home.

We rented this property for a month to work remotely and take in the desert weather. Aimee, the property manager, was EXCELLENT. Her communication and care were well noted and she went above and beyond to ensure that we were set up in the place. Upon arrival I was very impressed with how clean the home was. Every surface had been thoroughly cleaned and the closets/cabinets were all nicely organized. Bedding was fresh and there were more than enough sheets and pillows for the three bedrooms. Ample shower and pool towels were neatly folded in bathrooms and the hall closet. There were fresh grapefruits in a bowl and a bottle of wine with a hand signed note to welcome us. We checked in a day late and Aimee sent a very detailed message with check-in directions which were super easy to follow. The unit has a few pool floats, bikes with helmets and locks, and pickle ball necessities. There are also games and books to keep you occupied, and excellent wifi and Spectrum cable. 2/3 bedrooms and the living room had large mounted smart TVs and we were able to easily log in to our Netflix/Hulu/Amazon accounts. The development is VERY well kept and the neighbours were all very friendly. The pool is at the perfect temperature and it stayed sunny until 6pm in April. The pool furniture could use an update, but with the nice towels included in the unit we were more than comfortable. The pool was quiet most days, and the other pool-goers were happy to have us play some light music on a portable speaker and chat - very friendly crowd. The only glitch was an AC unit malfunction that is only being mentioned to demonstrate how great Aimee is. She had a tech to the home within 4 hours of the problem being noticed, and it was fixed the same day! Overall this place was perfect - great location walking distance from an Albertson's and biking/Uber distance from El Paseo. Well stocked kitchen and bar area, comfortable beds with plenty of space in the bedrooms, comfortable living room, and a beautiful development in Hidden Palms. I am excited to stay again!

Perfect home away from home!

Dear Raila, Thank you Raila for your welcoming hospitality. My wife and I were looking for a home away from home in Palm Springs and you provided our family with first class accommodations and outstanding service. There are so many positives we experienced from staying at your VRBO but here are some of our favourite highlights: * From the very start of our inquiries into renting the property, owner Raila gave us such a warm reception and was quick to answer our questions and provide suggestions * When we arrived, we received a warm welcome from Amiee, your Property Manager, who was so attentive and very kind and was always available during our stay for any questions * We loved the great location * We enjoyed the very friendly community, especially our morning walks with our coffee meeting the neighbours who were not only welcoming but helpful * We loved the pool facilities that were close and well kept and gave us opportunities to meet so many other families * We used and loved the large patio with BBQ and numerous chairs and tables * We enjoyed the fresh grapefruit off the tree daily * We loved that the property is an easy walk to a large grocery store and many excellent restaurants and shopping * We enjoyed the house itself being one floor, very spacious with a huge garage, and extra touches like two bikes, pool toys, pickle ball equipment, and of course - the wine fridge-yeah! * We really appreciated the sunsets and sunrises that we could enjoy from the front or back yard. * We absolutely found a “ perfect home away from home” and we can’t wait to return for many years to come. Loved our two month stay in Hidden Palms

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this residence. They have several citrus trees (limes, lemons, oranges, and pick grapefruit) that were availalle for us to pick and eat (Jan-Feb). Made fresh juice, and lemonade daily! Hidden Palms is a great neighborhood. Very friendly and inclusive. Loved the pickleball group. Lit pickle ball and tennis courts. Four nice heated pools and hot tubs in the community. Home comes with two bikes and helmets which were great. Kitchen well stocked for a two month stay. All bedrooms are a nice size and decent beds. Only issue we had was that previous renters had animals that caused us allergy issues (cats). Property manager assisted with a new bedspread for Master, however, home needed a little more deep cleaning.

Hidden Palms Gem

Our first rental using VRBO. We needed a clean, comfortable, and secure rental between our home sale and home purchase and we found it! Great rental in a great guard gated neighborhood. Property owner and property manager both went out of their way to accommodate us on short notice. They had the unit ready in less than 24 hours. The unit was spotless clean upon arrival. They thought of everything and even brought us a Christmas tree to decorate. We fealt right at home after checking in. Neighbors were freindly and welcoming. Both the property manager and owner responded in minutes to any questions we had. Community grounds are beautiful and it feels like a resort. We were sad to go! Highly recommend this rental!
