Great Layout and Location

House has a great layout for a crowd. Pool, outside seating and rec areas are great. Walkable to the best of Palm Springs. Val is easy to work with. Kitchen could use a deep clean, but very usable. Thanks Val!

Great house and beautiful pool/patio!

We stayed as a family with friends for a work trip for a few folks and brought the family and a couple friends. The property was perfect for a big group and the outside space was incredible. Loved the pool and all the fun to be had at the house! The kids enjoyed the extra game space, pool, and outside area. Almost walking distance to downtown, perfect biking distance. Nice neighborhood and good relaxing spot. Hope we can go back next year!

Great location!!

Overall nice properly. Would have been 5 stars but the microwave did not work and the master shower needed to be repaired before we could use it. It's obviously maintained as a rental (as expected), so it's not perfect.

Apologies for not meeting your standards, Neil. We try very hard to make all guests happy. The shower knob was indeed a bit difficult to turn, but worked….but I’m glad we were able to address it for you immediately. And put in a brand new microwave.

Girls trip to Palm Springs

This is a nice, older home that has been remodeled. The layout is great for a group of friends. We hung out mostly by the pool, the outdoor area is private and has lots of patio furniture and pool toys. It is close to a main road but that didn’t really bother us, it wasn’t noisy at all. It was conveniently located and the best part was Val being so easy to work with. She was very responsive to messages and I really appreciated that. Thank you for a helping make out girls trip a success!

Good neighborhood marginal house

Old house not kept up. Off lay out no place to hang out except in back. Pool area not appealing - All concrete and pool not heated. It had been cleaned but still felt old and dirty - found a sick in my daughters bed (TBF could have been caught in sheets) but felt yucky. Dinner table smeared all over, walls full of old nail holes, general grime around cabinet handles. Nothing warm or welcoming - definitely not a place where you’d want to hang with friends or family. Definitely not what I expected. Host was easy to deal with day of check in. No issues there. Just house needs to be updated, painted, etc. Also it’s next to a busy road and the house in the corner right next door looks like it’s about to fall over it’s so gross.

I'm sorry we weren't able to meet your expectations, Stephanie. We always try very hard... especially, if the guests communicate with us. But to be fair, not much can be done with your “complaints”... the lay out of the house is as listed and pictured (I guess you didn't like the location of the living room?) and so is the pool... pretty clearly pictured. And as noted in the listing, the pool can be heated. I'm sorry you didn't read that part. Looks like you rushed through the pictures and description. And yes, this is an old house... like most houses in The Movie Colony. And not everyone in Palm Spring is rich. My neighbor in the "gross house" is a hard working man that has lived there for 30 years... in a simple but maintained house. But I do appreciate your feedback. So we replaced the dining room and have asked our housekeeper to do deep clean more often. Thanks again.

Great location and stay!

We had an amazing time! The location was within proximity to downtown and anything else you might need. Home was clean and accurate to photos. Great amenities also. Property owner was also very communicative and responsive. Overall great experience!
