Beautifully upgraded Northside POOL/SPA home with luxury amenities. LVP floors throughout the entire home, spacious family room open to the kitchen. The kitchen features custom granite counters, bar seating, large eat-in nook and HUGE walk-in pantry. The master is spacious with a King size bed, private bath w/walk-in shower with dual shower heads, dual vanities and large walk-in closet. Second bedroom offers a King bed, third bedroom offers a Queen and 2 twins. All furnishings, mattresses, linens and housewares are NEW! The yard is fully fenced, featuring a gunite pool and spa w/custom inset seating w/built-in table and umbrella stand, full length covered patio w/ceiling fans, outdoor sectional and dining table and BBQ. Garage is double wide on one side 34 feet deep 8 foot tall doors, perfect for boats and side x sides. FLAT driveway extra-long w/ additional gravel parking at street.

Holiday Getaway

We took my son and a friend to Lake Havasu for Easter weekend. This was my first time to Havasu. The host was very responsive and made the process very easy. The house was very clean and had a good backyard pool set up. We used the hot tub, which was nice. To heat the pool you need to call the gas company directly and set up an account to directly pay for the cost of the gas. This was not a big issue for us, but seemed a little involved and something to know if the pool is a big draw. The neighborhood was very quiet and about a 8-10 minute drive from the main downtown area. All in all, we had a good stay and enjoyed the place.

Great stay! We will be back!

Our family had a wonderful stay. The location was great, just a short drive away from London Bridge/Rotary Park and the many other parks and beaches around. The kids enjoyed the pool on the daily too. It was cleanly and worked wonderfully for our family. The beds were super comfortable which is always a plus. Thanks for the great memories and stay!

Perfect family home!

Our family of 6 enjoyed this house immensely. We have been to Lake Havasu each of the last three years. All our stays were great, but this was our favorite VRBO of the 3 we have stayed in! Great pool, TV's, sleeping arrangements - very relaxing! Highly recommend.

This was a perfect property for our group of 4. We have been coming to LHC for several years now and this property did not disappoint. Ashley was always receptive to our questions and the listing is very accurate. We would definitely book again.

Perfect weekend getaway!

Ashely was amazing with communication and the property was great and just as advertised. There was plenty of space for 8 of us. The backyard was the perfect hang out spot and they even have games and pool toys to use. Thank you for making my birthday weekend a dream come true.

Bright, Fresh and Welcoming

Quick trip to Havasu for boating. We enjoyed our stay at this clean and freshly updated home. Bright and welcoming! Bedroom set ups were perfect and beds were comfy. Pool was very nice and relaxing! Definitely will book this spot again.

Perfect for larger groups

This place was perfect for our Group! We had 10 adults in our group and it slept us all great. it was clean & decorated cute! And the pool was obviously a huge plus! Make sure to bring pool towels if you are wanting to utilize the pool :)

Home away from home 💖

This property was a dream to stay at literally at home away from home. Everything was needed was provided to us and made her stay very comfortable. It was it’s conveniently located very close to all stores, lake and London bridge. The host was very communicative and was able to answer any questions I had. Overall, our stay was amazing and will definitely come back.

Great Family Getaway

We had a family get together here and loved this house. It was clean, well furnished, had everything we needed and then some. Comfortable beds and bedding. Awesome backyard and pool! Highly recommend staying here. Friendly and responsive owner.

Great time

Detailed check in instructions and the actual check in was a breeze. The home is well set up and we noticed it was clean. Kitchen is well stocked and the Keurig coffee set up is nice. Pool and jacuzzi are also nice as is the rest of the backyard. Overall our stay was 100% positive. We will definitely return.

Clean, spacious, home. Pleasant experience.

This home is lovely. It is extraordinarily clean, but I am quite particular. It is just the right size, not too big but not to small either. We had a fabulous time enjoying the pool/jacuzzi with family and communicating with the owner was easy. No problems or negative things to say whatsoever.

Relax

Very nice place to relax and enjoy some time out, clean and comfortable, the only thing l would say that we didn't like was the main bedroom does not have block out blinds and the light comes in as soon as the sun rises, also the pool pump is against that bedroom wall at the bed head which has constant noise, we just swapped to another bedroom. We would happily stay again and hope to stay here next visit to Lake Havasu.
