• We have a large 55-inch WIFI SMART TV (no cable) and live news and sports are available on the CNN, ESPN, and YouTube Apps. Local channels are also available.
• Google Home will play your favorite songs and can change the inside temperature and so much more. Just say “Hey Google”
• Extra blankets on the blanket ladder to make you feel cozy.

Kitchen & Dining:
• We have provided dishes, silverware, pots, pans, glasses, knife sets, and more for you to use for cooking.

*Pet Friendly *: We welcome guests with a dog pet. We need more details regarding age, breed, and sleeping habits. The Pet fee is $150 per stay per pet.

• We have two full bathrooms. One in the hallway and the other in the master bedroom.

• Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, comfy cotton sheets, 4 pillows. Huge walk-in closet with iron + ironing board for your use.
• Guest Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with a huge walk-in closet for your storage.
• Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a closet for your storage.

Pool:
• Our pool is a non-heated pool.
• Please do not shut off any pumps or pool vacuums. Pool toys are to be removed from the pool or the pool cleaner will not keep the pool clean.

• The pool has a 24-hour floor scrubber always cleaning the pool DO NOT DISCONNECT BLUE HOSE or remove floor scrubber from the pool. Please pick up pool toys once finished and place them neatly in the house where you found them.

• We have installed a pool fence; this is for the safety of your kids and guests. Please always watch your kids when they are swimming, no running by the pool, no food or drinks inside the pool.


Pool liability addendum:
When booking with us you are signing an agreement that you are aware of and assume the risk for yourself, any children, and for all guests or invitees during your stay. We are not responsible for any accidents caused by guests and all individuals in the Guest party. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless us from any and all liability resulting from harm or injury caused by Guest and all individuals in Guest’s party using the pool and/or any equipment.

By completing the VRBO reservation the Primary Guest acknowledges and agrees to comply with this agreement and will inform others listed on booking of same.

Booking requirements:

We do need to verify your ID to ensure you are the primary person as we do not allow third-party reservations.

Please do provide the first name and last name of the members in your group who would be staying at the house.

When requesting to book, please let us know where you are traveling from, whom you are traveling with and what brings you to Arizona.

We are flexible with early check in or late check out if we can accommodate and communication is the key.

Other things to note

There is a video doorbell at the entrance of the door for the security of the guests and to prevent trespassing.

No smoking inside the house.
