**Please note that the Emerald Isle HOA is currently performing an ongoing balcony recoating project, where balconies could be unavailable for a short time. Emerald Isle 501 is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation condo that offers ample space for up to eight people. It is an incredible selection for any kind of group getaway with friends and family. Mesmerizing beach scenery can be enjoyed from two of the three bedrooms, the spacious living room and the dining area. You can also savor the view while creating delicious, home-cooked meals in your fully equipped kitchen.

Take a short walk downstairs and take advantage of the wide variety of resort amenities at Emerald Isle in Pensacola Beach. Go for a swim in one of the two beachfront community pools or unwind in the outdoor hot tub. Emerald Isle also offers an onsite fitness facility and a steamy sauna for you to revel in during your escape. The private beach boardwalk leads you down to the soft, white sand. Great Pensacola Condo!

Great Stay! Had a few issues with main shower as handle was broke but we made do to get it turned on. Beds were super comfortable and kitchen had everything needed. Thanks for a great stay. We would book this condo again.

Beautiful beach condo

The condo was beautiful, clean, great location with access to beach. Pools were great too. People were friendly. We had a wonderful ladies trip. Many restaurants within walking distance.

The stay was perfect once we got there. Did not like having to do online parking passes at all. I would much prefer the old way- parking passes in room that I place on dash board. Of course I’m old so that probably has something to do with it.

Perfect Beach Vacation!!

This condo was gorgeous! We loved that the kitchen was stocked w everything needed for cooking. Laundry room a huge plus! Beds were comfortable. The view from this end unit was breath taking….5 floors up and wonderful sitting on balcony above the pool and watching ocean. The complimentary umbrella and chairs were a huge plus! The pool was amazing and clean. The only negative was the hot dark elevators. We would absolutely return!

Beautiful ocean front condo

We all absolutely loved the way the condo was decorated. All the furnishings felt very high quality. The only thing that would have made our stay better are the mattresses, both king beds had some dips and the twin mattresses are just thin so our teens were a bit uncomfortable on them. I think memory foam toppers would really enhance the beds. Overall it was wonderful and we hope to book here again in the future. Sincerely, Wilkerson family

Nice unit.

Nice enough inside. The porch is small but table was nice but left no room for anything else. Noisy construction within the building. Overall it was fine but just an average value.

Unexpected changes

The condo was beautiful.Well appointed the problem was.We did not know.Ahead of time that we could not use our balcony due to construction. It was not clear that the balconies would be off limits. Also, they came in sprayed for bugs while we were then I paid for a late check out, but I had to leave at 9 with a 3-year-old because the owners insisted on an early checkin.Check-in.

Beautiful condo in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay and will try to get this unit again. It’s beautifully decorated, and feels more like someone’s home than a vacation spot. Not your typical “condo motif” decor. There was high quality bedding and extra blankets (I didn’t even know Ugg made blankets!), and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need to entertain. There was plenty of room for everyone in our party including my mom who brought her wheelchair and walker with her. The corner unit made for perfect views. While the sofa is a bit worn (some feathers coming out of pillows), it won’t keep us from staying here again.

Perfect Condo

The condo was very nice and clean, just as advertised! The management team was pleasant to work with, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and kitchenware, the view from the balcony was amazing, check-in/out was simple and the 2 complimentary chairs and umbrella was very enjoyable! The only issues we had, the wifi had quit working halfway through our stay, but we were able to use our hotspot, so it wasn’t a big deal. Also, our balcony was closed off for several days due to renovation. We were informed prior, but not having access to the balcony was very upsetting. We also had Internet and Pest Control crews requiring access to the unit during our stay, so our privacy was certainly interrupted. I guess we just picked a bad week. Other than that, it was a good vacation, and would book again!

We love this condo, this is our second time to stay in it. It’s nice and decorated to lovely. The only thing I would change is the back bedroom mattress has pretty big dips on each side making it hard to sleep with a toddler on the middle hump. This time the hide a bed didn’t have any sheets on it, just a mattress pad so we ended up having to purchase sheets to use for it. When I reached out to management they said they only provide a “wrapper” sheet. Idk if that is supposed to be the fitted sheet but it wasn’t there. Overall we had another wonderful trip and will likely book here again in the future.

Great Condo for a Family Vacation on the Beach

Tye 5 of us (our youngest is 15) stayed for 5 nights in October. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated with great views. All the codes worked at the various entrances and we logged in our rental car once we picked it up via the email they sent out to us. We walked to dinner and for ice cream a couple nights as there are several great restaurants within a ten min walk. There is plenty of cookware and dishes to cook meals. The description is also accurate for what to bring. It truly does not have any pantry items at all. This is our second rental in the Gulf area so I don’t know what is typical…. I would add salt and pepper (I brought spices thinking regular S&P might be there), a couple rubbermade containers for leftovers, ziplock bags, and paper plates (less to wash). All of the appliances worked great! We also used the large tables to play games both in the condo and on the patio. When we go back we will stay there again if available!

Beach vacation

The unit was absolutely beautiful. The beds were comfortable. And the view of the beach and the Gulf were stunning. The only downfall was when we tried to cook, it would throw the breaker, multiple times. The rental company is incompetent, after my brother an electrician said the breaker was hot and needed to be replaced, the rental company sent an appliance repairman, who said he couldn’t do anything because there was nothing wrong with the stove it was a breaker issue. So again i contact the rental company, they will get back with me. The next day they text and say they are sending someone to take a picture of the breaker box. I send them a picture to expedite the repair. Because we have been two days with no stove, finally the night before we leave they finally replace the breaker. Rental company said they would compensate us for the stove issues and they have done nothing. The unit was great but beware of this rental company.
