North Phoenix is especially convenient and great for families. Easy access to the 17 and the 101, which are two of our biggest highways to get you anywhere you need to go.
We recommend either renting a car or using Uber/Lyft for your stay. Since we are central, depending on the activities you are looking for, there will be freeway driving in order to get to desired destinations.
Upon your arrival, we offer essential items like hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags to start you off. For longer stays, kindly prepare to replenish these supplies according to your personal requirements.
We ask that you take care of the home as if it were your own. We hope to provide a great space for all guests to unwind and relax during their time here!
There will be a $25 charge for pet waste left behind. Please pick up after your pets!
_____Be A Respectful Neighbor. No excessive and disturbing noise is permitted. Quiet time from 10pm-7am. Decibel monitor in use. No DJ or live bands permitted. If police are called to home you will be evicted.
_____Smoking. No smoking, vaping, or drugs of any kind are permitted additional charges per day if this rule is broken.
_____Pets. Approved dogs are allowed in the home. Additional fees apply for dogs. Must clean up dog waste. There is a fee if pet waste is a problem. Must notify the host of any accidents inside the house. Fee if unapproved animals in the home.
_____Responsible Renter. Renter agrees to be solely responsible for your actions and the actions of all family members, guests, and invitees (collectively, âOccupantsâ) present at the Property at any time during your stay, and to ensure that all Occupants understand and comply.
_____Occupancy. You agree to communicate regarding additional guests on the property. You agree to be honest regarding the number of guests staying on property and notify Owner of adjustments. Failure to do so without permission results in a $50 fine per guest per night.
_____Maximum Occupancy. The number of people present at the Property may not exceed the maximum posted occupancy unless we have given you advance written permission to hold an event at the Property, in which case the number of people present at the Property may not exceed the maximum number of people authorized.
_____Criminal Activity Prohibited. Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property. This prohibition extends to use of the Property's internet service, if any, for criminal activity, including but not limited to unlawful downloads of copyrighted material, including movies, music, software, or other material. We may cooperate with any investigation of alleged criminal activity that occurred at the Property during your stay.
______Parking and auto liability. The renters are solely responsible for any loss or damage that occurs to vehicles on premises during the rental period. By parking on premises, they agree that they do so at their own risk. Renters must not park leaking vehicles in the driveway or block driveways or gates of neighbors.
______Check in/Out: Renter agrees to not check in earlier than 3 PM unless previously discussed with record.
______Renter agrees to check out before 11 AM unless previously discussed with record. A fee will be charged per hour if this rule is broken. If it is past 2 hours of check out time, renter agrees to pay a fine of that day's base rate with no discounts. This is a fine which does not award the current renter possession of the property for that day. Renter
agrees to pay any refunds given to affected future travelers as a result of breaking this agreement.
______Trash: All trash must be collected, bagged, and placed in a city receptacle on the North side of the house. No bags outside of receptacle. No trash can be left inside the home, yards, or pool/spa.
