Crystal Shores is a very nice area. Our Condo was a large 4 bedroom with a very nice living room dining combo. Kitchen was nice and had all of the amenities that you needed. Very large balcony with plenty of seating and the views were fantastic. Covered parking was nice and the area was very quiet.

Gulf Shores

My friends and I greatly enjoyed this property. The location, the view, and the property itself are fantastic. The website pictures are good but do not do this property justice. Decked out perfectly. The beds are comfortable, the furniture is in great shape and also comfortable. The floor was a bit sandy and the management company provides little in the way of soaps, shampoos, detergents etc. Other than those small items this a great place to stay in Gulf Shores.

golf and shopping trip to the coast

Stay was great , accommodations great except for the fact that the entire complex had one elevator for the whole building and we were on the 14th floor. Oh and by the way it didn't work half the time. minimum wait time 5min.

Vacation with friends

The property is as described-4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. Great for our group of 4 adults and 4 teenagers. Great space for everyone to spread out! Nicely decorated and well stocked (you must provide spices and condiments). Beautiful view off the large 14th floor balcony. The 2 elevators at this property are sporadic. One was not working for our entire stay and the other one did not work off and on the last 2 days. The wait time when the elevator was working was long. Keep this in mind if you are considering renting this condo and have anyone in your group that can not manage stairs. The condo also had a ceiling leak near the entryway that created a slipping hazard. Notified management, they are “creating a work order for this repair”. But, it was not looked at during our 4 night stay. It appeared to have been this way for sometime. Fortunately, we found a storage tote to place under the leak to keep the water mostly off the floor. Nice place, great location but be ready to take stairs if you stay here.

Clean, but needs appliance over haul

The property is beautiful. It was clean upon arrival. Wonderful balcony and amazing views. The layout is perfect for a couple of families. It is spacious. We had reservations for 6 with two parking passes. The parking passes were not where the description said they would be upon arrival and we had a 10-minute scavenger hunt to find them. There were 3 bracelets and one parking pass. I text for the additional bracelets and parking passes. It took until the next day to get those items. The freezer handle fell off and so did the dryer handle immediately upon arrival. I made a "work order" and that took two entire days until it was fixed. A day later the ceiling tile was leaking. Made a report Wednesday evening and Friday morning they arrival to fix it. They simply placed a pan in the ceiling under the drip and screwed the wet tiles back to the ceiling, saying it was an extensive repair. Needless to say, for the amount we paid we had issue after issue. The Southern Team was good about responding, but getting technicians out to fix issues, was a 1-2-3 day ordeal. I was issued a refund (less than one night's stay) for the inconvenience. It didn't make up for the fact we for one week's stay we had issue after issue. The elevators are another issue within themselves. 20-30 minute waits at times. I would not stay again. However, I appreciate the small refund, I just feel it should have been more due to the amount we paid. Date of arrival - August 7, 2021 Reservation ID #2285685
