I loved the location and the vibe of the place! It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the pool was a nice amenity. We could walk most places or take a Waymo/Uber easily.
We had a very nice one night stay. Walked to quaint and healthy dinner spot. Pool and unit were very clean with everything we needed. Host was also very communicative. Highly recommend!
Clean, easy, safe location with super friendly hosts who answered questions and had a great line of communication. Access to the pool was great and closeness to downtown Phoenix (purpose of our trip) was perfect. Friendly neighbors as well!
This studio apartment was lovely, clean, very well appointed with everything we needed, and, best of all, it was in a great location downtown! We could walk less than a block to two cool restaurants and because we were staying in a central downtown spot, it was easy to get to museums, restaurants, and the 10 freeway -- which takes you nearly everywhere you want to go in Phoenix. We would definitely stay here again.
It was exactly as it was advertised. I liked the location as it pretty much in the downtown of Phoenix. Vince was very responsive when I had questions. The place had all the amenities and was clean. I enjoyed my stay!
Cute, clean studio apartment. Owner was readily available. Because we're from Wisconsin a heated pool would have been ideal. Parking difficult at times but would consider a stay there again!
We loved everything about our stay but have just a couple of little issues. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were way too hard. I had to look for the toaster, it wasn't on the counter. When I found it, it was way up top in the kitchen cabinet and I needed to stand on one of the chairs to be able to reach it. The closet was also made for someone taller than my wife and me, again I had to reach way up to hang something up. Providing a little stepstool to deal with these issues would have been very helpful. Those small issues aside, we loved the apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Upon arrival, the digital lock on the door had a low battery, so we were constantly concerned we'd get locked out if the battery died. Host did not offer to fix this. This unit is an apartment complex, so there's an additional code/lock to to get into the whole complex - the door didn't work multiple times, which was frustrating and made us concerned we wouldn't be able to get in numerous times. There seemed to be a lot of small issues around the unit that needed fixing - toilet paper roll fell off every single time we used it, unit smelled musty, the guide offered free espresso for the espresso machine, but we never found any, etc.
The biggest inconvenience was the toilet stopped working. I left host know before heading out for a concert (which is why we came to PHX), he texted hours later asking if we could take a video of the clogged, out of service toilet. We wouldn't be back until midnight, I asked if it could still be fixed before we returned so we'd have a working toilet. I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. Luckily we we're leaving the next morning, but we DID NOT have a working toilet for 12+ hours.
This was an awesome property and was amazing to have/use all the amenities available. Itâs also super close to downtown Phoenix so there is plenty to do. Would definitely stay here again!!
We enjoyed our stay immensely. The only real glitch was that I didn't know about the parking- did we park on street or in the lot out back? That could have been more clearly spoken. We figured out we were to park on the street which was not a problem at all. The property was convenient to everything and had all we needed. Less water pressure in the kitchen sink faucet would be nice. đ
