Beautiful Maine Cottage With Resort-Like Amenities Close To Beach!

The cottage is a newly constructed (2020) 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home located in Cape Arundel Cottage Preserves, a 300-acre gated community 10 minutes away from the coastal town of Kennebunkport, Maine. The cottage is complete with a stunning kitchen, comfortable living room with gas fireplace and spacious dining room. The outdoor patio on the backside is equipped with a Weber grill and fire table. There is a washer/dryer unit located upstairs in the home.

You will have access to the community's pools, fire pits, fitness center and clubhouse with a game room. There is also a 68-acre nature preserve that surrounds the community with trails that are great for walking, running and biking.

The property is in a perfect location, close to the towns of Kennebunk/Kennebunkport and a short drive away from Portland, Maine.

The unit includes beach chairs, towels and beach toys.

We enjoyed our stay at your house. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our family. The kids especially enjoyed the pool. Also a short drive to the beach and other places of interest on our family vacation.

Relaxing Stay

Very enjoyable stay at this well-appointed and well-stocked modern home. Nice patio to dine outside and take in the sunset. Pool and gym were very clean and not crowded. Easy 15 minute drive to the beaches and lovely downtown Kennebunkport.

The house / cottage was very nice.had everything you could ask for.very clean and roomy.kelly 5he property mamager was very helpful and nice.the cottage came as advertized.nice community.quiet and clean.the area has great direct routes to anywhere you wanted to go.had a great trip even with bad weather most of the week.looking forwsrd to going back.jared and tobie got back to me in a timely manner when i needed to know anything.would highly recommend this vacation home.

Wonderful Stay!

A beautiful, comfortable and clean home that made for a wonderful stay. Clearly well thought out extras for houseguests-labeled light switches, extra beach towels, access to the grill and fire pit all with instructions. My husband, who has been known to bring his own coffeemaker was very happy with the one provided. Lovely community and my daughter loved the pool! We visit Maine every year and can’t wait to book this place for next year!

This property is new and clean with a good layout and nice amenities. The kitchen is well stocked, and the bedrooms and bathrooms have just about anything you may need. We would definitely love to rent this property again.

Wonderful Cottage!

We absolutely loved staying at this picture-perfect cottage. Everything about it was wonderful—it was spotless and beautifully decorated with ample space to eat, relax and spend time together. And it’s in a lovely, quiet community with access to a pool and exercise facility. We felt immediately at home the moment we walked in and wished we could’ve stayed longer! The barbecue and fire pit were an extra bonus and having the washer/dryer was so helpful. It was an ideal location for day trips in the area to Kennebunkport and Portland. Kelly was also lovely, incredibly helpful and available to answer any questions we had. We treasured our time staying here! I would highly recommend it.

Comfy & Quiet

The cottage was amazing! Our Host Tobey and Jared have done a great job in making you feel right at home. Property Manager Kelly, greeted us upon arrival with a bouquet of flowers. She gave us Information about the cottage and the area. The cottage was very comfy and has all the amenities you could ask for. We enjoyed lounging at the heated pool and talking to other cottage owners. Everybody was very friendly. The grounds are beautifully landscaped amongst large stone work. Overall, we were grateful to vacation here and would definitely come back! Thank you!

Great vacation house!

Book it! Perfect house for a vacation in Maine. No more than a short ride to everything - beaches, shops, food, mini golf, on site pool & clubhouse! We had a wonderful time enjoying all Southern Maine has to offer. The community is peaceful and relaxing. Tobey and Kelly were amazing hosts. No need to look any further this house is perfect and fully equipped with everything you need.

Fantastic House and Location

We loved our stay here! The house is beautifully designed and comfortably furnished. The beds are super comfy. There is plenty of room and a lovely back patio. The pool and gym at the clubhouse are also great. Tobey & Kelly are wonderful hosts. They are both exceptionally easy to reach and gave us a very warm welcome. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Tobey's modern cottage house is just amazing. It's brand new, clean and really nicely furnished! And it's even bigger and better than the photos. Both Tobey and Kelly the property manager are so fast and easy to text or message with. The development that the cottage is located in is really nice, the communal pool was amazing, and you could do nice walks and bike rides around the development. The location is great for Kennebunkport, beaches, Portland and everything you'd desire on a Maine vacation. The house is nicely laid out for family sharing: My father stayed in the master suite downstairs, while my husband and I and my 2 daughters had the 2 bedrooms upstairs. Tobey and Kelly have thought of everything, there's beach towels, beach chairs, everything you'd need. Washer dryer, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill and fancy electric fire pit! Boardgames. You really don't need to bring anything! Thanks so much, Tobey and Kelly!

Beautiful house with the perfect location

We fell in love with this house, the open space, the tasteful decor, and everything you need. The clubhouse with pool, workout area, and game room was the cherry on top. Kennebunkport, Kennebunk, and Portland are located conveniently close. We would absolutely stay here again.

We are nurses currently living in Southern California, but are originally from the East Coast. Tobey grew up in Kennebunk, Maine and has family who still resides there. We love traveling home during the summer to visit family and friends and enjoy all that Maine has to offer. We are outdoor enthusiasts and know a lot about the area. We hope to make it back to the East Coast for good in the near future!
