Enjoy easy beach access from this second-row home! Completely renovated and refurbished, this three-bedroom, two-bath house can accommodate everyone comfortably with single-story convenience. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second has two singles, and the third has a queen. Edify has central heat and air, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washer/dryer, cable TVs, a Playstation 2, a DVD player, and free WiFi. Other amenities include a large and open deck, covered parking, an outside shower, and close beach access.

Edify frequenter x 10 yrs!

I love the layout of the home! Been staying here for our yearly summer vaca with my 2 grown boys for years! Only problem is there is a SEVERE temperature change from the back rooms being very cool with the WC. The den feels like it’s 90 degrees despite 4 ceiling fans blowing and 2 floor fans. If you need 13x9 or 9x9 pans, bring your own as there are zero. Outdoor laundry room and outdoor shower is awesome!

Pleasant Beach Stay

We were very happy with this beach house. It was really nice having linens provided. Vacasa was great with communication. Location is close to the beach and an easy walk across the street. The house was clean and up to date. Kitchen was well stocked. Laundry room downstairs worked well. Front porch provided a great place to sit and listen to the ocean. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Beach Adventure

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. It was very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable also. Short walk to the beach. We will definitely be coming back. Great trip.

Great place for the family.

This house was an awesome stay. I stayed in it a few times when I was 4-5 years old with my parents and it was amazing to see the renovation. I was happy to be able to bring my children to my childhood vacation beach house. It’s very clean, up to date and close to the public beach access. The porch swing is a great addition. It’s very bright and homey feeling. Will definitely book here again in the future.

Beach week

Clean, spacious, and close to the beach! Spent most mornings having my coffee on the deck or swinging in that downstairs swing!! Close driving distance to many restaurants! Outdoor shower a nice plus!

Overall good house

Wonderful location! Beach access was close and new. Door code was beyond frustrating (10!!! numbers) and sometimes took us 10 or more tries to open (and yes we were all 100% sober!) We finally gave up and started just using key. House needs some minor TLC (poor drywall in master gives a “cheap” vibe) Needs more thorough cleaning (lots of visible dust in bathroom cabinet and along edges of rooms)

Don't rent

Dirty carpet filthy...plaster missing ...old beat up furniture ...dirty ripped bed blankets. Swing ripped out of rafters while sitting on it. Kitchen had no baking dishes no cookie sheet no spatula one hot pad.it was not functional.

More Shabby Than Shiek

Hi! We rented Edify for our stay at the beach for the week. The living room area was nicely decorated and the couches and chairs were comfortable, the place looked clean and most of the beds were comfortable (the bedding could be updated and replaced). From there, the wheels start to fall off….little by little. The kitchen could use some updating on their small appliances, such as getting a Kurig, replacing the toaster oven w/ a toaster and a new set of sharp knives. When going to our bedrooms, we discovered one bed still had the previous renter’s sheets on and the bed had not been made. The tvs worked but it would be nicer to have Smart TVs. There were multiple lights burnt out and/or missing. There were 5 Exterior lights for the stairwells and porches, but only one out of 5 worked. I attempted to change a bulb but the outside light fixture was so corroded, I was unable to do so, and was afraid it would break if I continued to try. The deck is nice but it has an old wooden table that was unstable and missing portions of its structure, causing it to be unusable. On the plus side, the white plastic rockers were nice and allowed us to enjoy the view. I would say some sturdy patio furniture would make it more enjoyable to be on the deck. Overall, the place has a lot of potential but it appears it has been very neglected and could use some MAJOR TLC ❤️.

A piece of heaven

This place is wonderful. It’s just across the street from the beach. The house is cozy and has plenty of room. We love it. Needs a few small repairs but otherwise it’s great. The beds were comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone. I look forward to going back. This was our second year.

Better this year!

We stayed at Edify last year, and we weren't completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the house, we tried again this year and we were very happy! I guess the transition of realtors made it a rough year......we plan to stay there again next year! Nice house, just the size we needed and great location!

Location, the outside washer and dryer are a hassle but it was ok, had to buy a hose pipe with nozzle to keep beach stuff washed off, we have already booked for next year

We’ve rented this house the same week every year for 10 years now. Since it has been run by Vacasa, our experience has been wonderful! Unfortunately, our oven wasn’t working properly, ( not Vacasa fault) there were prompt to fix the problem and also gave us a $100 credit to our bill. They constantly called us to make sure we were okay. Whenever you call for anything, you actually get a human being to talk to. Would recommend Vacasa realty anytime!

Edify!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our week at this home. Spacious and very clean home. Master bedroom had plenty of time to change clothes and store luggage. New living room furniture was amazing. Loved being able to park underneath the porch. Large front porch with rockers!! The cleaning service was amazing! I loved the fact that our garbage cans were taken to the street for us. We had so much fun!
