** Envoyez-moi un email pour la disponibilité. Une unité encore disponible du 6 / 13-6 / 15. Plage Holden, ont voté l'un des dix meilleurs plages de la famille de l'Amérique. La maison de la Manche avec une profonde quai privé de l'eau, pas de la plage. Renseignez-vous sur une autre unité si plus d'espace est nécessaire. Ceci est l'endroit où vous pouvez vraiment vous détendre. Aucun gratte-ciel, pas de circulation, pas de feux de circulation sur l'île. Ceci est où ma famille et moi détendre. Ma maison est sur un canal d'eau profonde avec quai --- Notre maison a 2 unités complètement séparées. Chaque unité peut accueillir 6 personnes. Les deux ont 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain, cuisine et salle de séjour. Chacun a 1 lit King, 1 lit Queen et un futon dans le salon. Vous pouvez en louer un ou les deux si vous avez besoin d'espace supplémentaire. Appelez avec des questions si vous aimez. 336-516-0487. 135 par nuit et par unité pour les locations à la semaine. Nous ne faisons que des locations à la semaine du 1er juin au 31 août. Nous louerons tous les soirs au printemps et à l'automne. (2 nuits minimum)

Great location!

Easy beach access from this location, just a few minutes walk. House was exactly as advertised and very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet.The host texted me as soon as the house was cleaned, so we were able to check in early.

Loved this place!!

This place was very cute and perfect size for me and 2 others. It’s in a cool spot right on the channel and we were able to hang out on the dock/in the water with floats if we didn’t feel like going to the beach. The public beach access was only a short 5 min walk away. Joel was very attentive and helpful with check in and informing us about things to do. There were people in the unit underneath but they were very friendly and didn’t mind the company at all. 10/10 recommend!!

Great time at Holden Beach!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time staying here. Downstairs neighbors were friendly, and the owner was communicative and very helpful. Nice place to stay if you're looking for some peace and quiet.

A True Jewel!

Absolutely perfect! The pictures in the ad do not showcase how light and bright this home is! We loved all the personal touches - it made us feel like we were staying with a family we knew! Well appointed with all of the things we could need to cook our own meals, we found everything tucked into the cabinets, out of the way with cleared surface areas for all the things! Coffee overlooking the canal was the perfect start to the day, and the beach access was just a short walk away. Comfy beds, and much larger rooms than we expected. Plenty of "spaces" here. Dana and Joel are friendly, informative, and gracious hosts! **Definitely planning a return trip

Nice location!

This is comfortable, nicely located beach duplex. You have a great canal view with a short walk to the beach! The back deck provides a comfortable place to relax and take in the canal view. The neighborhood was generally very quiet.

This was such a fun place to stay. We caught crabs and fish, walked to the beach in a matter of minutes. Enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boat.

Perfect getaway

Wife and I really enjoyed this property. Owner was very helpful with check in/out and informative. Easy walk to beach and ICW, but we also enjoyed hanging out on the dock. Very comfy bed and furniture. We’ll be back!

Great rental for the price! Would recommend as an average 3 Star accomodation.

If you're looking for budget friendly, easy check in, and responsive hosts, this is your place! If you've rented on Holden Beach before or any family friendly beach for that matter, then you're probably familiar with the "feel" and the amenities a rental like this has to offer. The owners are very friendly, down to earth, and most of all, kind! The house isn't the Ritz Carlton, but it isn't an Econolodge either. It is a slightly older yet average beach home. Most pots and pans didn't match, nor did utensils. But pretty much everything you could need is there. When we spend a week at Holden, our rental is primarily a place to sleep and eat with an occasional afternoon reprieve from the sun. Most of the furniture is older and worn. The master bed is quite uncomfortable however, the other bed is new. We almost switched beds with our 5 and 7 year old kids because my back was reeling after the first 2 nights. The bathroom leaves a bit to be desired. Due to the size, you could wash your hands while you use the latrine...lol. The entire house is quite cramped as well. BUT, as I said, it had everything we needed and more. Would recommend for the price!

Property is just a short walk to the beach and has its own dock that will accommodate a 24 ft boat. Please check on availability.

Our house has 2 completely separate units. We have an upper and a lower unit. Each sleeps 6. Each has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath , with a separate Livingroom and kitchen. You can rent both or just one.
