Idéalement situé et fonctionnel

Tres facile d’acces, hôte à l’écoute, reactive et très sympathique. appartement conforme à l’annonce situé au cœur du centre historique de Florence. Au calme, l’appartement donnant sur cours.

Location is fantastic and is right in the middle of historic center but still quiet. Bed is large and comfortable but sofa bed is not comfortable as the mattress is very thin. Kitchen is well equipped though new pans are required as they are quite scratched. AC works great in the whole apt and is quiet. Place is quite spacious. We walked everywhere as it is very central and could come back in afternoon to rest as it was very hot in Florence during our stay. There are about 50 stairs to climb and there is no elevator so maynot be suitable for seniors or anyone mobility issues.

Lovely apartment

This apartment was in a fantastic location. It was very clean and. Perfect for our needs. As mentioned in other reviews there were lots of stairs, but we packed carryons so not a huge issue. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The apartment was nice enough and the owner/manager we communicated with was extremely helpful. On the other hand, there were two towels and two hand towels...no more. If you prefer to get out of the shower and wrap your hair in a towel and your body also, then your partner/friend goes without. The pillows on the bed were rock hard...no "pillow" left in them. There is one dish towel and no washcloths of any kind. The location is great and quiet which made up for a lot. If you're a total minimalist this one's for you.

Not a Wondeful Experience At All!!

The location is ideally situated. The final stairwell is not lit up at night - missing bulbs on outdoor fixture. Very basic bed - 2 pillows, comforter only, no top sheet. Walls need to be cleaned better - too many blood smears from bugs smashed on the walls. Half empty wine bottle left in Kitchen. No complimentary waters. The scent diffusers in living room were empty. No soap for shower (guess not a basic soap amenity). Faint urine smell in bathroom, had to close door to bedroom to keep from smelling while laying down. Broken AC in bedroom, leaked first afternoon we arrived and Mine did come right away to try and fix, but it leaked all night onto wood floor. Next morning 9am we left after she said she would try to get repaired. We returned around 4:30p to find it not fixed, sofa bed was terrible so not an option. She offered to refund the rest of stay which I thought was the right thing to do BUT trying to find accomodations at 5pm for 5 more nights in June in Florence?!! Luckily we did. Despite the huge inconvenience of having to find other accommodations last minute, Mine said she was still CHARGING me for the second night because I left the apartment "late". WOW, really? Had she relayed to me during the day that she didn't find a repair man I would have left earlier. But she waited for me to reach out to her about the situation which was after site seeing that day. So from 9am to 4pm zero communication from her Poor, poor customer service. I would not recommend.

Perfect Location; Cute Apartment

Communication from beginning to end was excellent! The apartment was clean and very conveniently located to restaurants, bars, shopping, tour attractions, etc. Just note that you do have to climb up several sets of stairs with your suitcase.

Excellent location in Firenze

Great location. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable. Washing machine was a real bonus for us. Communication with the host was excellent. Check in was very easy. 10 minute walk from train, 3 minutes from Ponte Vecchio.

The location could not have been better for us. In a beautiful little square. The apartment was very nice but the location is really what made it!! Would stay here again.

Great Stay

The apartment is in a great location near all of the major sites of Florence. It was spacious, clean, quiet and the air conditioning worked great during the 37C weather. The entire process from booking to checking out was easy. We would definitely recommend the apartment to others and would stay again if ever back in Firenze.

Amazing!

Location was perfect, 1 1/2 blocks from Ponte Trinita and .2 miles from Ponte Vecchio & Uffizi. Apartment had everything you need for a couple, kitchen, living area, and bedroom. Communication with Mine was great and checking in / getting keys was seamless. When we come back to Florence, will definitely stay here!

Fabulous Stay in Florence

My husband and I stayed in the apartment for five nights in July 2023. Mine was amazing and helped us tremendously even before we got to the apartment. The apartment was spacious, clean and perfectly located. It was about a 10 minute walk from the Santa Maria Novella Train Station in Florence. The area was very safe and quiet while being easily accessible by walking to all we wanted to see. It was wonderful to have access to the washing machine and drying rack as well. The air conditioning in the living room and bedroom worked well and much appreciated as it was 35+ Celsius each day. Highly recommended!

What a Jewel!

Stayed here the whole of last week. Loved most everything about this unit, except the shower is a bit tight. The unit is a bit bare, but it is clean, quiet, and magnificently located. Everything is about 10 min - 15 min walk. Loved the unit manager (Mine). She was prompt to respond and very thorough and helpful. It is a very ample unit, part of an older building, but very well maintained. Windows look to a side alley (not much) and a central small patio. Truly, you will go to this unit to sleep, and it is perfect for it. You will spend your entire day outside roaming about in Tuscany. Will definitely be staying here again soon!!!
