It was amazing! The amenities were perfect. Three of us ladies gathered to quilt for the long weekend and it was the PERFECT house for us. We each had our own bedroom and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the kitchen space as we made dinner each night. We absolutely would recommed this property and look forward to booking again in the future.

Family spring break

Nice new property. Everything was clean and neat. Neighbor hood was quiet and the neighbors all very friendly. Location was perfect and walkable to many shops and restaurants, especially for teenagers. Would definitely stay here again!

Good location - we walked to town and drove to Wrightsville Beach. Roomy house with a good layout, and nicely furnished. Johnny was great to work with. Highly recommend.

The house was just as advertised! Very clean, spacious, nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. Only thing I would recommend is a grater for the kitchen. We loved the house and plan to return in the future.

Everything was excellent. The only comment is that we could have used a few more smaller towels / hand towels. There were enough bath towels and of course, we could wash them! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Another GREAT stay!

From beginning to end, we had an excellent experience and enjoyed our stay. The host could not have been more responsive or helpful and was very accommodating. The property still feels new and is spotlessly clean. It contained all of the amenities to make the stay perfect. This is a return visit for us and we hope to get back to Haven House one day!

UNCW Move In Weekend

Cottage was very well appointed, clean and spacious. Close proximity to both college and riverfront. Host provided great restaurant recommendations. We were moving in our incoming freshman and have plans for many trips to Wilmington in the upcoming years and will definitely return. Area is a developing so a car/uber is a must for restaurants and shops. Very safe and friendly.

Exceptional!

The house was perfect - clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated and well appointed. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and all the appliances worked perfectly. The beds were comfortable and all the linens and towels fresh. The neighborhood is peaceful and residential, walkable to some nice cafes and restaurants in the Cargo District, and a short drive to the river walk, historic district, and downtown. I would definitely re-book.

Fantastic weekend getaway

This beautiful little bungalow is actually Avery spacious inside, and has everything one needs for a relaxing and comfortable stay! It is decorated beautifully in neutral colors with all new appliances and furnishings. It was immaculate and well appointed, and we felt comfortable the moment we walked through the door. The End of Days Distillery is just steps away and we enjoyed the tour, drinks, and charcuterie. Lots of fun places to explore within walking distance! The beach was a short drive away (we had a perfect day), and the famous Riverwalk and historic district was even closer. I would book another stay at Haven House in a heartbeat, and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend.

Wedding

The home was nice and clean the only thing that lacked was more towels and paper products. We had 5 people in the party and only 1 towel per guest. I know there is a washer and dryer, but when you are there for a wedding it’s nice to have more than 1 towel. We also had to purchase paper towels,toilet paper and Kleenex. Again, we understand it’s our responsibility to bring certain supplies, but it’s not fun having to use toilet paper to blow your nose etc. The beds were very comfortable and so was the furniture. We enjoyed our stay and would visit again. Thank you
