Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony, with bar height patio furniture to more fully take in the breathtaking water views. Granite and stainless showcase the large, open kitchen.

Start your day with kayaking, paddle boarding, jet skiing, charter fishing, or enjoy other water sports conveniently located at the park or the marina, just through the back door of the property.

For some afternoon relaxation, a nice swim and then lunch and frozen drinks by the stunning salt water swimming pool and hot tub are sure to please. For some more fun, there is always tennis, basketball or volleyball at the inviting waterfront park right next door.

If you prefer the gym, it is top notch. Cardio equipment, with more beautiful water views, many machines and free weights, plus a personal trainer and massage therapist, if desired.

The building has several first-class restaurants from which to choose, or faster snack options, including a gelato kiosk. The facility also has some very nice shops for unique clothing and furnishings, and several options for pampering yourself with getting your hair and nails done, massage and spa treatments!

There is really no need to leave this lovely facility, but of course you will. There are cultural events and other entertainment. It is a short distance to the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, Perez Art Museum, American Airlines Arena, and the Frost Science Museum. Take a guided tour through Wynwood to see the fantastic murals. The Miami Children's Museum, Jungle Island, and Kid's Fairyland are also very close by. Bayside Park an outdoor mall is only a short distance away, ride a bike, motorized scooter, ride on the trolley in front of the building or take an UBER! South Beach and Miami Beach are just a short distance away.

Other things to note
There is a 30-night minimum stay, must be 26 to rent and a limit of 6 overnight guests.

You will need to fill out an application in advance, and send photo IDs of all adults in your party as soon as a booking is made, so that you can get registered and in the system with security. A hand swipe is required to access the pool, gym, and elevators. All guests must be registered with condo security, before you gain access to the condo.

If you need parking, let me know as soon as you book, so I can reserve the space for you. The application for parking for one car is on us, but you will have to pay a separate fee for the monthly parking, which is considerably less than Valet.
