We were here for a girl/birthday weekend and loved the house and location! It was a cozy, but spacious cottage and very clean! Each bedroom felt very private from the others. The outside sitting areas were nice. The location is perfect if you want to be in the center but want to get to the towns on each end of Biloxi. Would definitely stay here again!
Property was exactly as advertised. Very neat, clean and well stocked. Owner communicated very promptly and was very professional and courteous. Driveway is very narrow but convenient. Quiet neighborhood. Would recommend to friends and family.
It was just as advertised. We had everything we needed and the location was very convenient. There were extras provided such as coffee pods, soap and shampoos available in case you forgot something. That was a nice touch. The beds were all comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay!
This cottage was absolutely fantastic during our stay in Biloxi! Walking distance to the beach and also to our favorite coffee shop in town - Jacked Up Coffee bar! It's the cutest space with everything you need, and Judy is such a super host.We look forward to staying here again for our next trip!
Great location for beaches and casinos. Lovely property with a nice yard. Home was very clean and all the necessities were available. Easy check in and great communication from the host.
The property was very clean and comfortable. The little map on the fridge showing the locations of restaurants, grocery stores, and local attractions was very helpful. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the casinos. We will be booking again!
We loved staying the this Cottage. It was in a great location and the house was beautiful and comfortable. We had 6 adults and a toddler and there was room for all of us.
This property is beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained. There was ample space for our family to spread out, and lots of interesting and fun things to look at like games and books throughout the house. The property is in a cute historic area very near the beach and we were able to walk down to it easily. I should note that if you are sensitive to sounds, the property is very much in the center of things, and there was some noise from a nearby train track, interstate, and hospital that was in the area. In fairness, we did stay on a holiday weekend, so it was likely busier than usual in the area. The host also provides sound machines in the bedrooms, which was a helpful thought. Overall, we would recommend this property to others for it's comfort, charm, and location near many local attractions.
This hidden gem is a 5 min walk from the beach and its tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean, pleasant, and spacious and our host provided everything we needed. My grandkids really enjoyed themselves. Overall 10/10 will recommend
What a cozy, family-oriented house! It had everything we needed for our stay. The location to the beach was excellent. There were clear instructions on everything posted throughout the house. For example, a map on the fridge to let you know some of the hot spots. It was the best area for a nice calm relaxing vacation.
Super place. Super location. Full of great extras. Well decorated and comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone who is visiting the Biloxi area. Close to everything We will definitely stay again.
This place had it all! The beds are soooo comfy and the house was beautiful. It was a perfect way to spend Mothers Day and see my grandbabies. We all fit perfectly and enjoyed our stay. To our surprise there is a gaming store two houses up and a quilting store down the street! We got to visit our son at Keesler and took great grandma to a casino. This was the perfect get away!
This was our 2nd stay here and it was just as great as the first time. Great location, timely assistance or communication with owner, etc. Highly recommend! or comu
This was kind of a last minute deal for our sons birthday, and i couldnt have asked for a better experience, communication with the owner was top notch, cleaniness and amenities in the house couldnt have been better, location was all we could have asked for. Definitely will be booking again in the future.
We always love staying at the Hopkins house . Itâs the perfect location for us, casinos, places to eat & beach . The house is always clean & has everything you need for your stay . Owner is a great host and easy to communicate with, easy check-in & out.We look forward to our next visit!
My family absolutely loved our stay in this lovely home! The property is just as described-if not better. First of all, inside and out-this property is breath-taking and well taken care of. All the information that we needed was provided up front. Communication and details needed before check in were easily provided. She even left dessert on the table for us to "come home" to. How thoughtful is that? Truly kind and so appreciated. Some rentals only provide a few basic toiletries and essentials to get you started. We truly wanted for nothing here! Everything was plentiful, first class and luxurious from fine soaps, shampoos and lotions to extra large, plush towels and soft comfy blankets when it got a bit chilly. The beds were so comfortable and the AC blew perfectly cold. The neighbors next door were incredibly sweet as well and welcomed us to set out chairs on the corner for the parade. The location is simply perfect. We easily walked all over downtown and felt safe and comfortable in the area of the home. We enjoyed breakfast at the Brewpaddle and drinks at Fly Llama-all within a few walkable blocks. Close to casinos, Shucker Stadium and so much more. This is an absolutely gorgeous, historical Biloxi home in the heart of the beautiful downtown area. Not that you would ever want to part with such a treasure, but if you are ever looking to sell, we'd be interested!
Great location - close to casinos, beach and good restaurants. However, the neighborhood was very suspect; homeless people, weird neighbors, didn't feel safe.If you like "garage sale meets flea market" decor, this house is for you - very junky and tacky. There was mold growing on the caulking in the bathrooms - disgusting.Simple things like no pizza pans, no colander to drain pasta, no plastic bowls with lids for leftovers, and no closet or chest of drawers in the back bedroom, made for high frustration. On the day of check-in, I reached out to the owner via email to see what we needed to do to get a code to get in - no response. I subsequently texted when we were 1/2 hour from the house and were panicking because we had no code to get in. Finally got a response - not very good response time! The back door locks with a key and we never informed there was a key or where to find it. The second day we were there, we happened to notice a key laying in a tray in the kitchen! It would have been nice to know that before we unloaded the car - it would have been much easier to unload kitchen supplies through the back door.I would not recommend renting this property.

The Hopkins House is located in downtown Biloxi, which is a highly sought after location. The property includes 3 bedrooms and can sleep 5-6 people total. This property is entirely fenced in so is perfect for you and your family to spread out. You will be in the the middle of the action. Walk to the Beach.
