Girls trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at Legacy I 902. My only complaint was the metal chairs for the dining table and the metal bar stools. Marie and Ally were great. Not my first time and definitely not my last.

Beautiful property in great location

The condo was beautiful with an amazing view and extremely clean. Loved the pool the gym and the people I meet were very nice. Also very secure location with 24/7 security so I felt safe as a solo traveler.

It could use some improvements

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I must say overall was a great stay. The only concerns I have was the condo wasn't clean on my day of check-in , so I took the liberty of cleaning it myself. I also had problems with the A/C not staying on, tv didn't work in the master bedroom, and ceiling leaks ( which was promptly taken care of). Could use some interior upgrades.

A Month Away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bathroom rugs had hair on them so they hadn't been washed. I scrubbed the kitchen and bathroom floors myself as I could see they weren't clean. The water was completely black. So I washed them again and it was still dirty so I feel they hadn't been cleaned in a while. The carpeting is also not as clean as I would have liked. So am disappointed that you have to pay a cleaning fee but it wasn't clean. Otherwise our stay was wonderful. We especially liked the party for snowbirds. It was done well and was fun meeting others in the building. Hope you do again. We had some squeaks in the doors and a fire alarm that needed a new battery and they came the same day and fixed so that is excellent service. Thanks for a wonderful stay and I hope that the cleaning is attended to.

Legacy Tower 1 Room 902

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay began with being given the wrong key to our room. The facility was nice but the room was very lived in. The walls were scuffed in every room and the carpet was stained and pulling away from the pad. It was difficult for a family of 4 to bathe and dry off with only 4 towels. Kitchen utensils weren't too bad, but could have been better. The skillets were terrible. Everything I cooked in them stuck to the bottoms. Even when I used cooking oil. The workout room was nice but not enough equipment for both towers. It was very crowded every time I went to use it and extremely hot!

Our getaway for the winter

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Legacy for many years staying in both towers and many condo apartments. This year the condo was the worst of the lot. Broken furniture to well used furniture to a shortage of dishes. Property is in a nice location, great view, but needs a lot of TLC. Maintenance was very prompt and courteous to fix any problems. One good thing about this condo was your own parking space in the garage. We will be back next year but not in this condo apartment.
