This luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bath 12th floor luxury condo offers breath taking unobstructed views of the beautiful Gulf. Its location allows you to watch the passing boats and catch an occasional glimpse of the playful Dolphins that swim and call the Gulf of Mexico home. The large private terrace with relaxing furniture provides the perfect vantage point for viewing the gorgeous sunrise and sunsets against the sparkling water.

Our condo comes fully furnished and INCLUDES a reserved, second level parking garage space, with just a short, covered walk to the condo lobby and elevators. There is no elevator in the parking garage. However, there is a covered porte-cochere at the ground level to our building where guests can unload vehicles and have access to luggage carts.

The living room features a view of the Gulf, a 55” smart TV, and leather sectional sofa. The open floor plan offers a bright and inviting space to entertain, while the large extended balcony provides the perfect space to relax, enjoy the spectacular views, have a cocktail or a light evening meal.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen with all new appliances features custom cabinetry, granite counters, wet bar and breakfast bar to make cooking and entertaining truly enjoyable!

The master suite a king size bed with luxury bedding provides direct access to the balcony with a wake-up view of the Gulf. The private bath has granite countertops, double sinks, garden tub, walk in shower and plush towels.

The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, luxury bedding, flat screen TV, and access to the guest bath with granite countertops and shower-tub combination.

The Legacy Towers Condominium amenities include 2 outdoor pools, an indoor heated pool, sauna, whirlpool, pool showers, fully equipped fitness center, putting green, club house, charcoal grills, and more. Access to the rarely crowded public beach which is directly in front of the Legacy Towers complex, is merely a short walk from the complex entrance, or a short drive, across the oceanfront Beach Drive.

Nearby attractions include the newly opened Mississippi Aquarium, marinas, water parks, shopping malls, casinos and so much more! And let’s not forget the fabulous variety of food served up and down the coast!

Security surveillance devices are onsite and monitor the outside areas of the front door, and back doors and railing for purposes of storms/hurricane monitoring. PHOTO IDS AND PROOF OF RESIDENCE ARE REQUIRED FOR BOOKING. PLEASE READ THE RENTAL AGREEMENT IN THIS LISTING PRIOR TO BOOKING. AN E-SIGN DOCUMENT WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU ONCE YOU COMPLETE YOUR BOOKING.

Guests will check in with security upon arrival to receive parking passes and armbands. Armband MUST be worn at all times when on the property. Fines will be assessed for passes or armbands that are not turned back in to security personnel upon departure.
