The condo was very nice and clean; only things I would suggest is better mattress and pillows; better seating for roof top balcony and ceiling fans for living room and bedroom. Location is fantastic and unit has everything needed for a great vacation, highly recommend.

Thought of everything

This unit was clean and freshly decorated. Most importantly, there were lots of little details, like extra hooks in the bathroom and extra trash bags that made our visit Even more enjoyable!

Our Favorite Condo at IOP!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is actually our third stay at this exact condo we've enjoyed it so much. We dont have kids so for us, its the perfect size and value with excellent views! We love hanging out on the screened in patio or going to the 3rd floor area for the awesome views. Its a quick walk to the beach or pool and because its on the end of the 3rd floor, theres not a lot of noise from other guests walking past; not that thats an issue anyway because the whole complex is peaceful! We enjoy staying there and are looking forward to when we can come back for our next visit!

Wild Dunes Unit

Unit furniture is outdated. Many of units in complex have converted wet bar into day bed which if you have a child would be more helpful Unit is really showing wear. One roll of toliet paper. Needed attention in cleaning Pulled up sofa cushion and had lots of trash. Rental agent Debbie was very helpful. Port of Call needs attention to complex.

We have spent much time & effort in updating and upgrading furniture, appliances, & fittings in order to do so. We do not advertise a daybed for extra guests. However, we apologize that you had this expectation. We do recommend a closer inspection of the pictures and description so your vacation needs are met.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this resort before and had no issues. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case this year. After driving for almost 7 hours with 3 young children we receive a message saying that our room is ready and we can check in at the Island Realty office. We did so and proceeded to the room only to find it filthy. As I am on the phone with the rental office the cleaners show up and start telling us that we need to leave and are not allowed to be there. The rental office apologized and offered to reimburse a small amount. Shortly after being back allowed into the unit we notice that it seems warmer than usual (76 degrees) we turned the air down and hoped for the best. The air conditioner was obviously old and struggling and was never able to work properly. We contacted the rental office by email and text with no reply. The condo had 4 pocket doors within to separate the rooms and provide privacy. Two out of four didn't operate. We contacted the rental again with no reply. The last issue we faced was the day we were meant to leave. Check out is at 10 am but the key code on the door stopped working around 915. Luckily one of us remained in the unit while the other loaded the car up. Otherwise, we would have been locked out with no way to pack the rest of our stuff. We contacted the rental office again with no reply. The overall property is wonderful and we had a great trip despite the issues. Hopefully the property managers were just having a difficult week with communication.

Lovely visit to IOP

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice, top floor unit, at the end of the building, so neighbors on just one side. These are older units, but this one is nicely updated. The master bedroom mattress is super comfortable and the bathroom has a great step in shower. The kitchen is small, but quite functional. We cooked ever day and had plenty of utensils and pots/pans. The screened porch was a great spot to see the ocean and have coffee in the morning. This building is super close to the beach and overlooks the pool. The unit need a new TV in the LR, black spot in upper corner. But we still enjoyed movies! I’d definitely stay here again!

I can't think of any recommendations, except we had to find where the dumpsters were for our specific unit. It would be nice to know that information at check-in. Lastly, the TV's and remotes can be confusing. It would be good to have detailed instructions on how to operate. We ended up using our own Roku stick.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this area and this unit was serviceable. Plenty of clean fresh towels, not so much on the linens. These were also clean however with 4 guest we needed to use the pullout couch. The sheets were extremely thin and there were no pillowcases for the extra pillows in the closet. The unit was clean. The beach chairs for guest usage were extremely worn with one seat just hanging on by a thread. We purchased a couple chairs to use during our stay and left them for future guests to enjoy.
