Welcome to our family beach home on a quiet private street in Long Beach Island, where everything you love about LBI is just steps away. Located less than half a block from both the bay and a private beach access point, the house offers the rare combination of convenience, privacy, and space to relax.

Start your mornings with coffee and a short walk to the ocean. Spend the day at the beach, kayaking on the bay, or biking into town for lunch. In the evening, gather on the sunset-facing main deck (brand new for the 2026 season) and watch the sky change colors as the sun sets over the bay. After a day outside, unwind in the hot tub while the kids play ping pong or shoot hoops out front.

Inside, the open living, dining, and kitchen area creates a welcoming space designed for time together. Whether you're sharing meals, playing games, or relaxing after the beach, the layout makes it easy for everyone to connect while still offering quiet spaces to retreat. The home features four comfortable bedrooms, including two upstairs rooms with private decks.

One of the best parts of staying here is the location. Being less than a block from both the bay and the beach means quick access without the crowds, making it ideal for families. You can easily walk back from the beach to grab lunch or drinks.

Feel free to enjoy our beach chairs, bicycles, surfboards, boogie boards, skim boards, and other beach gear so you can spend less time packing and more time enjoying the shore.

Local Tip:
During the summer months, the LBI Cross Island Shuttle has stopped at the corner, making it easy to explore the island without driving. Families visiting in August may also enjoy the popular soccer camp at nearby Sunset Park.

Grammy's beach house is a place that our family comes together from near and far each summer with kids and adults of all ages and the house something for everyone. When the family is not using the house we open it up to a few a handful of families that have rented with us for years. This year we have two peak weeks open and some off season dates.
