Cette maison au bord de l'eau dans la magnifique île Harvey Cedars / Long Beach, dans le New Jersey, vous attend, vous et votre famille! Idéal pour une grande famille, la maison de plage a été entièrement rénovée et propose 6 chambres et un loft (espace de couchage pour 12), 2. 5 salles de bain (plus une douche extérieure), des ponts avant et arrière pour profiter de la brise marine et l'accès à la baie de Barnegat !

Le salon principal est ouvert et spacieux avec des plafonds voûtés et un plan d'étage ouvert. La cuisine est entièrement neuve avec tous les appareils en acier inoxydable et un îlot - elle est idéale pour recevoir des invités ou profiter de réunions de famille! Trois chambres nouvellement décorées au premier étage avec une salle de bain complète; le deuxième niveau offre trois chambres supplémentaires. La chambre principale a un coin salon privé; la deuxième chambre à l'étage est en fait une suite d'hôtes avec une demi-salle de bain privée; la troisième chambre à l'étage peut également être utilisée comme bureau. Le loft spacieux au troisième niveau est un endroit parfait pour que les enfants aient leur propre espace! La douche extérieure vous permet de rincer après une journée de plage parfaite! Téléviseurs à écran plat, câble Comcast et service Internet.

65 pieds de cloison vous permettent de lancer votre kayak ou d'accoster vos jet-skis ou votre bateau directement au Beachhouse. Les familles peuvent également profiter de Sunset Park à Harvey Cedars où les enfants peuvent profiter du vaste équipement de jeux, des belles pistes cyclables côté baie, des terrains de basket-ball et de tennis.

Nous fournissons quatre chaises de plage, un chariot de plage, un parasol, des planches de bodyboard et bien plus encore pour de belles journées à la plage. Choisissez votre place sur le sable, détendez-vous et profitez-en! Si vous aimez faire du vélo ou du kayak, nous fournissons quatre vélos (y compris un tandem) et un kayak de mer pour deux personnes pour votre usage pendant la période de location.

Notre maison de plage est vraiment l'endroit parfait pour de merveilleuses vacances sur la rive. Nous sommes sûrs que vous l'aimerez autant que nous!

Would love to stay here again!

The location couldn’t have been more perfect. The kids had a blast fishing and crabbing off of the doc and riding the bikes to the beach. The home was cozy and had everything we needed. Best vacation we’ve had thus far :)

Perfect location in Harvey Cedars directly on the bay and a short walk or bike ride to the ocean. Home well equipped with everything you need for a lovely beach stay.

We had two wonderful weeks at the property. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The bikes, paddle boards and kayak made our stay at this exceptional beach house even more enjoyable. The host was great to work with.

Wonderful bay front location with paddleboards, a kayack, and lots of bicycles included; easy walk to beach and easy bike ride to stores; excellent set up for families with both small and adult children to spread out and have both privacy and together time; dog friendly.

Beautiful Bay Retreat!

This is a fabulous bayside getaway. The place is perfectly appointed, including all the accoutrements for a great vacation. Between the kayak, paddleboards, beach chairs and 3 decks my family thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We will be back for sure! Melissa was a top notch host! Communication was as good as it gets. Between the linens, towels, paper gooods, spices, soaps and beach toys - this place was stocked for a good time. Many thanks to our host for such a fun vacation!

Amazing views

Great. I never rented before where the host provided paper products and shampoo and soap. Plenty of towels. My grandkids loved the paddle boats. And my son brought his boat for wake boarding. It was a hoot ! And the view!!!! My favorite place on the deck

Perfect Family Getaway

Wonderful new experience!

My family and I usually stay in Beach Haven but decided to try something different this year. We are so glad we did! We had a wonderful time on the bay. The house and the host were wonderful. We would definitely rent this property again and would recommend it to anyone interested in it. The kids had a blast swimming in the bay and we all had fun using the kayak. Thank you to Melissa for a wonderful week!

Lovely house on the bay for my growing family!

The small amenities provided by the host were unexpected, but very much appreciated. We cooked a ton and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bay was quiet and relaxing. We all had a fantastic, memorable trip.

Family Fun on the Bay

The home had everything we needed and then some. As we had one family with limited car space, it was so nice to have beach chairs, a beach cart, and a kayak to use. The location was perfect in that you weren't too far to drive to shops, the beach was spacious enough to keep a social distance and the best was morning and evening fun on the bay. We had such a wonderful stay and would go back in a heartbeat.

Great location and well equipped house

The house is well located , has everything that you need to enjoy the bay and beach. The checking process was super easy. We had an issue with the house not being cleaned and Melissa was very responsive in terms of addressing our concerns. Overall a good experience

Perfect house on the bay!

This house met all our expectations - on a family vacation with 11 adults. Location was great - on a canal with sunset views. The owner provided bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and plenty of bath and beach towels. Kitchen was well supplied. Enough chairs at the dining room table. Beach not crowded and parking available on ocean block for those not biking or walking. The owner was very pleasant and responsive. Highly recommend this house for an easy, carefree vacation! I miss LBI already!

Great Family Vacation

We enjoyed our family vacation in Harvey Cedars. The house was perfect for our family. Very clean, open and great layout with plenty of room. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the amenities. It was also great being right on the bay. We enjoyed kayaking and crabbing. The deck and backyard were a plus... hanging out and relaxing. The bikes were great as we rode thru out the week. Walking distance to a beautiful not crowded beach. The owners were great to work with. Great time on LBI

Great house, great location.

The house us clean, well stocked and a great location. Short walk to a beautiful and not very crowded beach. The loft is great for young teens. Harvey Cedars is also one of the nicest in LBI.

Nice Place..

All was as advertised. All the needed appliances and utensils and some. Not very close to the beach, but very simple drive drop off and parking near 153rd beach access point. Great beaches there as well. Back bay was really nice, Kayaking was great. Peaceful. Owners were really nice to deal with.

Our 4th year at this house on the bay.

That we have returned for our fourth year should tell you how pleased we've been with our stay at this house. It is well-equipped; all you need is your personal gear. It's an easy walk or bike ride to the ocean beach, and its back deck with table and chairs enough for 8-10, overlooks Barnegat Bay with it's peaceful mornings and beautiful sunsets. And, this year we spied a pair of swans doing their daily constitutional from the canal across to the bay and around the inlet back to their home on the canal. It was a perfect vacation.

Nice house in a great spot, great communication with owner

Our second year renting this property. The house is clean, well-stocked kitchen, nice deck, quiet neighborhood. Owner communication with us was excellent. The 11 of us were all very comfortable. Great value, I recommend this house highly.

Perfect!

The house is perfect! Being on the bay offers so much to do in addition to the short walk to the beach. Homeowners are very accommodating and wonderful to work with. This was our second year back and we will be back again!!

Great week at beautiful beach house on the bay

We had a wonderful week early August 2016. The house was shared with my sisters family, and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was spacious, clean and was fully stocked with pots, plates, glasses & such. We used the kayak and bicycles which was so much fun for all ages. The bay had great views, was so peaceful and a few beautiful swans came to visit which as nice. There was a great market close by which we visited often, and they had everything you could ask for including fresh Italian bread, rolls and sweets. Lots of things to do as well with lighthouse close by, restaurants, ice cream, mini-golf and outdoor summer concerts which was a big treat. It's about half hour from Beach Haven and we visited our friends who were staying there. I'd highly recommend this home for large family but note the stairs might be little difficult to handle for young children and toddlers. However, there is a gate should you need that as well. Overall we were very pleased and Melissa was great to deal with. We would definitely rent again.

My family and I stayed at this Summer rental in 2015 and again in July 2016.This is a fantastic beach house. It is very well stocked. The kitchen has everything you would need. It is on a large, wide lagoon leading out into the bay with a wonderful view. The garage has several bikes for the rentals use along with a wagon, beach buggy making getting to the beach an easy task. The house also has a loft where kids can hangout and they loved it. The owners are very pleasant and easy to work with. A great vacation. Lois Pa.
