Cette maison de 6 chambres, 4. 5 salles de bain dispose d'un espace de vie ouvert avec une cuisine en granit personnalisé avec bar et garde-manger, une salle à manger et un salon avec foyer au gaz. Les six chambres comprennent une suite parentale avec une salle de bain principale personnalisée avec baignoire et douche à jets; un grand walk-in et un wet-bar; deux suites junior avec salle de bain complète; une chambre avec lits superposés avec 3 ensembles de lits superposés et deux chambres supplémentaires. Une spacieuse salle familiale pour se divertir ou se détendre complète l'intérieur de la maison. Beaucoup de stationnement pour 8-10 voitures. Une piscine creusée et une terrasse sur le toit en font vraiment une maison de vacances. Toutes les fêtes de location doivent avoir un cadeau âgé de 28 ans pendant leur séjour.

Spacious, bright home close to the beach

This was our second stay at this property, and I highly recommend it. Very spacious and bright and a short walk to the beautiful beach. The house is pristine, and the patio and pool are beautiful.

Perfect Shore Escape

Believe the VRBO title and reviews - this is the epitome of a luxurious stay and everything you could want for your LBI dream vacation. We were a multigenerational family ranging in age from 4 years to 80 years young and everyone had the most wonderful time. Plenty of space for folks, very well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable. We would book again in a heartbeat!

An amazing trip

I wish I could give this property more than 5 stars. What a fantastic house. Every single thing we could have possibly needed was available and very clearly labeled. The checkin process was seamless, the house smelled so clean the second we walked in. My only concern is that the pictures on this listing do not reflect what the house actually looks like. The pictures did not do this house justice, it looks 10x better in person than the pictures. Pleasantly surprised was an understatement. Cannot recommend this house enough!!

Amazing Stay

We stayed here with a group of friends for an extended weekend and had a blast! The house was amazing from the space it provided, to the location and proximity to the beach. The area is beautiful and couldn’t have asked for a better home to spend our visit in.

This house and property is fantastic!!! So much room and the outside side yard is the best. We especially loved grilling and using the pool. We would return in a heartbeat.

Perfect house for our stay and very clean!

The house was perfect for us! We were 7 adults and 7 children and the space was more than enough! Bedrooms were roomy, the pool was very clean as well as the entire house! Just a short walk to the beach and the backyard was private and well maintained. The house was very well taken care of and everything was labeled for guest convenience. Hank was easy to talk to and always responded. Highly recommend

Beautiful home & Great location

This house was perfect for our family gathering - 7 Adults and 3 kids. Pool was a plus. There are 3 floors plus rooftop deck, allowing space for all of us to relax. Host was very responsive when I contacted him during our stay.

Friends getaway

Very clean house and property. Loved the pool and the pool table was lots of fun. Would recommend this accommodation highly. Just a very short walk to the beach. Had a great time at this location.

Beach was a block away. Pool was great especially when the ocean was too rough for the kids. Lots of nice restaurants.

Lovely Property

Really great property. Everything was clean and up-to-date. All appliances are new and up-to-date. Pool and furniture outside is clean and in great condition. Bed linens included, as well as pantry and paper goods which is a big plus as well. Owner was very responsive to any inquiries before check in. Highly recommend this property and we had a great stay!

Great winter stay

Great place once we got in. Had a bit of trouble with the time lock being 30 minutes later than our supposed check-in time. The place was fantastic for a cozy winter New Year’s gathering of family and friends. Two living spaces, many bathrooms, and a great big dining table for communal dining. The neighborhood was close to the Acme and far away from everything else, so we spent most of our time there or walking at the beach. It was lovely and we would come back again.

The property was wonderful & we all had a great time. Lots of space & activities available in the house. The only disappointment was that We have a big family and wanted to invite others to the house to share a take out dinner on the first night but could not because of 20 person max at the house

Good times!

A convenient and comfortable home in good proximity to the beach. Clean and well kept!! Pool was just fine. Kitchen ok but a bit crowded for working a dinner for 13 people. WiFi was fine. Outdoor grill was fine. Outdoor pool shower was fine too. Roof garden was special. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were just fine. Ample hot water; extra fridge a good addition! A/C was great. Insufficient seating in both dining room/living room area and large pool room. Malcom came to fix TV and brought us a Roku that worked fine. TV in en-suite bedroom at end of hallway never worked. Light in bathroom in hallway did not work. Malcom came to fix it, brought the wrong bulbs, promised to come and never showed. I emailed Hank, the owner but he never responded. In total, it was a good experience. Generally I’m used to more remote and less noisy places. Probably won’t select LBI again as first choice.

LBI House with Pool

Great house for our family of 15 including adults & teens. The room accommodations were comfortable and spacious with plenty of bathrooms. The pool & the pool table were a big hit with the teenagers. All in all a wonderful house for our vacation on LBI.

7707 Long Beach Boulevard

We had a wonderful week at your home. The pool was a big hit with my grandchildren, as I have rented before without a pool .....probably will be a deal breaker on my next summer rental. We were pleasantly surprised the home was much nicer than described on VRBO. You need to take more pictures in displaying all your house has to offer. Pool, ping pong and foozball tables were also big hits. I do feel though beach chairs and towels could have been provided for the fees paid for the rental. Proximity to the beach was terrific. Actually, we all loved the pool so much that we only went to the beach for a short while every day and then relaxed by the pool. Maybe again next year? Could be, but I have to check on family schedule. Cleaning crew was patiently waiting outside when we left, as we were gone by 10:30 am. Also, getting into the home at 2:30 pm upon arrival helped tremendously. Only downside were all the fees paid.....ridiculous. I guess some of them are out of your control. Thanks again! Carol

A great family week

This house was perfect for a bunch of kids and adults. The little ones loved the “kids room” with multiple bunk beds. The adults enjoyed the quiet and privacy of their own rooms. The backyard was a great place to hang out after the beach. We all enjoyed the sunsets from the rooftop. Place was very well appointed for a large group….it didn’t lack anything from what we could tell. I would highly recommend.
