This 4-bedroom, pet-friendly townhome is a great getaway for you and your family. Step up on your front porch as you enter the home and see where you will have your morning coffee. As you enter the home you will find a space the entire family can enjoy.
With a game room that offers an electronic full size arcade game, foosball table, shuffleboard table, and darts, you will find a great place to enjoy friendly competitions and family time. When you are done with game time, walk up to the living room and cozy up by the fireplace, or head out to the back deck and enjoy a good book. The kitchen comes fully equipped and the stainless steel appliances offer you all you will need to prepare meals for the family.


The Bayside at Bethany Lakes community offers a large clubhouse with an indoor pool and game room, and outside you'll find a large outdoor seasonal pool that overlooks the bay as well as tennis courts and a playground. Don't forget to get in a round of golf. Salt Pond Public Golf course is less than a mile away.

Things to Know
For use of amenities, guests are required to pre-register and pay a Resort Fee. Effective 1/1/26 – There is a year round Facilities Access Fee of $225.00 per reservation regardless of duration of stay. This will give you access to the clubhouse and amenities in the community. Guests opting to use the amenities must pay at least 10 days prior to check in via PayPal. Guest will receive a key FOB or code for access from the clubhouse at check-in. Guests must return the key FOB to the check-in office or guests will be charged $100 for replacement.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
