Maison de ville luxueuse, chic et abordable à Rehoboth. Vélo à la plage!

Maison idéale pour le grand groupe ou la famille qui veut s'évader et peut accueillir 10 personnes. Malheureusement, nous ne pouvons pas louer à des parties de moins de 25 ans selon les directives de l'association des propriétaires. Pas d'animaux de compagnie. Toutes les locations d'été sont du vendredi au vendredi.
Construite en 2004, cette maison de ville finement aménagée est située au centre, juste à côté de la route 1, à proximité des célèbres magasins d'usine de Rehoboth Beach. Le complexe dispose d'une piscine (fermée en septembre) et d'un court de tennis et se trouve à seulement 1,6 km de la plage. Marcher, faire du vélo, conduire à tout ce que la plage a à offrir !! Tout le confort et le confort que vous souhaitez pour vos vacances en famille. Soyez assuré que votre famille voudra revenir année après année pour rester dans cette confortable maison de vacances à la plage. Cette maison jumelle de deux étages et offre 2000 pieds carrés de surface habitable. The Keys of Marsh Harbour est une communauté de maisons individuelles et jumelles qui apporte un sentiment des Florida Keys dans la région de Rehoboth Beach. Cette communauté de plage au design innovant comprend une PISCINE COMMUNAUTAIRE, PARFAITE POUR UNE PLONGÉE RAPIDE OU UNE DÉTENTE TOUTE LA JOURNÉE, un court de tennis et un magnifique terrain paysager avec de l'herbe ornementale, des arbres en fleurs et un étang à l'entrée. C'est calme et paisible. Cette communauté est très pratique pour presque toutes les attractions locales. Nous sommes idéalement situés sur la route 1 à Rehoboth derrière le parc aquatique Jungle Jim's, une merveilleuse attraction. Nous sommes situés juste à côté de la Route One en dessous des centres commerciaux de sortie à seulement 1 mile de la plage / promenade. Notre maison est à un mile de la plage / promenade, mais c'est un trajet très facile et rapide. Du Memorial Day au Labor Day, un bus passe à côté de notre quartier. 2 $ pour les adultes et gratuit pour les enfants, vous n'avez plus à vous soucier du stationnement. Ce bus peut vous emmener à la plage, aux films, aux points de vente ou à de nombreux autres endroits. Les navettes partent régulièrement, toutes les 15 à 20 minutes pour la plupart des destinations et partent tôt le matin jusqu'à tard le soir. Avec cette option, votre groupe peut se séparer et voyager quand et où bon lui semble.

Everything to make you feel at home

The house felt like we were visiting family. Everything we needed to be comfortable and relax - and to have fun. Access to the garage with games and beach supplies (and bikes!) was amazing. Unfortunately it was cold but the pool was so close by and nice. We hope to be back!!

Fun family weekend!

We were able to enjoy a very nice relaxing, comfortable, and safe environment. We had all of the accessories and items that we needed to get through our weekend, no issues or concerns, or anything major to report or complaint about.Working with Jill was very easy and pleasurable, we are looking forward to our next vacation dates at this location again in the near future. Everything worked out well much appreciated.

Perfect House!

This house was in the perfect location just a quick 4-5min ride into Downtown Rehobeth! Plenty of space and amenities to make our stay feel like home. Would definitely book again!

Keeps me Coming Back

I have rented this unit twice and will return again. The house is in great shape and the perfect location to get everywhere I want to go with ease. The neighborhood is great and I can't wait to return next year. A hop, skip and a jump from Jungle Jims!!!

Perfect summer rental

Highly recommend! We were 6 adults and a 1 year old. Plenty of space for everyone. The house is very clean and comfortable, all the appliances, kitchen tools, etc you need. Community pool is a short walk from the house. Plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping nearby. Easy drive to the beach. Would definitely return!

Wonderful Thanksgiving

A group of us gathered in Rehoboth for Thanksgiving. The House was great - it had everything we needed for a holiday at the beach. More than enough room for all of us, a great kitchen to cook a full dinner in, and super comfortable. It's a short drive to the beach or the outlets (because who doesn't want to do a little outlet shopping?), Dogfishhead Brewery is only a half hour away (and a great way to spend a few hours), and the little farmers market in town was great. The Owners were easy to work with and helpful. We booked last minute-ish, but they still made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend this house for your winter or summer vacation!

Perfect Spot in Rehoboth

This house is perfect for anyone visiting Rehoboth Beach. It is right beside an excellent water park, go carts, batting cages, mini golf and bumper boats. And it closes at 8pm so there is no noise what so ever! The bus stop is literally 50 yards away so you can go anywhere with out driving. We went to the boardwalk, outlets, movies, restaurants and Lewes. The house itself is great and fully furnished with beach chairs, bikes, toys for kids,and a bunch of other things. Another thing we liked was that it is on the end of a row and has a side entrance which is nice. We love it and this was our second time staying here and we plan on coming back again!

Our family had an amazing week, again renting this unit! Kelley and Jill were easy to communicate with. The home is clean, neat has all updates ,amenities, and appliances. The location is so convenient to beaches, shopping centers and outlets, pool access, water parks, mini golf and an abundance of restaurants. The community is quiet ,peaceful and well maintained. There is something for family members of all ages to do. We have rented this same unit before and look forward to coming back again soon !

Wonderful experience

We had a great experience at this property. The owner communicated efficiently and effectively with timely responses to emails. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with every item we needed. We brought games but didn’t even need to as they have a ton of games at the house. It’s perfect for staying in during a pandemic! The only a few minor suggestions I’d make - Add a yoga mat (it may have been there and we didn’t see it) - Replace the sofa and mattresses. The sofa is rather small for a house that sleeps that many people. We had four adults in our group and we couldn’t all sit on the couch together without being in one another’s personal space. The beds were too firm and I did have slight back pain during my due to it. - Add shades to the patio door.

Rehoboth Vacation

First time visiting in Rehoboth. The house were excellent. Perfect for accommodations and amenities. Owners had house stock with items such as beach chairs, coolers and even bikes. Communications with owner Jill were quick and responsive. Family loved the neighborhood community and pool. Would definitely book again if visiting the area in the future. The property was as described and pictured and was close to all the places we wanted that we wanted to see. Highly recommend for booking.

Enjoyed a quick getaway away with family! Nicely appointed and spacious home. Roof construction across the street made it for a bit of noise on Friday morning, but overall a wonderful time had by all!

Fabulous location and house

This rental was close to perfect. The house was really spacious from the rooms to the common areas and kitchen! The location was great, as we took advantage of walking to the water park next door and other places nearby for food. And the shuttle was very convenient to get to the beach. Probably the most amazing part, compared to other beach rentals that we have had over the years was how well stocked the house was with items that we could use, like bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, and then the kitchen was stocked with staples like spices and oils and non-perishable items that most places clear out after each rental and the next person has to start from scratch. We definitely appreciated that and the well-furnished kitchen, as we do a lot of home cooked meals during our family vacations. Highly recommend this rental and the owners were very responsive for any questions during out stay!

Kelley & Jill's rental was perfect for a long weekend away with friends! Loved that there was a pool close by -- and the pool had entertainment there on the weekends, too -- which was a bonus! :) I would highly recommend and definitely plan to stay there again in the future!

Well Equipped House!

Our stay was great. The house was driving distance to anything you could imagine. We especially loved being able to get to some less crowded beaches easily - Tower was our favorite!
