Dolphin View - Happy Beach Home with Ocean View Deck near Pool, Spa

Walk through the lovely gardens and arrive at this well maintained condo on the bluffs of Solana Beach. A private patio greets you as you enter the house. The lower level has two bedrooms, a washer dryer and two bathrooms. The large main bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet, access to the entry patio and an attached bathroom with shower stall and two sinks. The second bedroom has a full bed and patio access. Head upstairs, grab a drink from the wet bar and step out onto the ocean view deck where you can enjoy incredible sunsets. Your can also enjoy the view while sitting on the comfortable living room couches.

A fully stocked kitchen has all the necessities for a home cooked meal. A second balcony near the kitchen has a dining table and peaceful garden views. Aside from koi ponds and beautiful landscaping, this complex has two pools, tennis courts, and direct access to the stairs that lead down to the wide, sandy beach.

Great central location is within a mile of famous restaurants and unique shopping on Cedros Ave. The nearby train station provides a relaxing ride to downtown San Diego or north to Oceanside and beyond.

In accordance with Solana Beach regulations, this property has a 6 night minimum. No smoking anywhere on property. This unit is not air conditioned.

Professionally laundered hotel quality linens and bath towels are provided. Our properties are cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines.

Just lovely

Sun all day-- on the patio in the early morning, and then on the deck in the late morning until the spectacular sunsets. Nicely decorated, upgraded condo. Wished we could have stayed longer!

As great as advertised!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This spot is AMAZING! The grounds are gorgeous and enchanting! Sur43 was great! Awesome kitchen, wonderful bedrooms, but the crown jewel is the roof top deck! We practically lived on it! We saw grey whales one evening and a pod of about 30 dolphins gave us a farewell show the morning of our departure! I could go on for days about this spot! All I can really say is we cannot wait to get back! Many thanks to the hosts and to the Stubbs staff for an amazing experience!

Stairway to heaven

We absolutely loved staying here. There are three outdoor spaces which is something we really enjoy. The top deck has views that are beyond sensational. We loved grilling on the patio outside the kitchen. The kitchen is large clean and modern. The decor is French country beachy chic. Very comfortable and easy to relax on the big sofa and armchairs. . There are no doubt a lot of stairs to contend with in the unit, and it is definitely a consideration if stairs are a challenge. We had to get used to all the up and down, and there are even stairs where you really don't want them or need them, but the warm ambiance of the place more than made up for it. We would return in a heartbeat.
