Designed to comfortably host 4 guests but capable of accommodating up to 6 with our air mattress package, our home enhances your stay with its inviting ambiance.

Long Term Living:
If you're a digital nomad, college student, or new Nashville resident seeking a furnished rental for 2+ months, reach out! Our monthly pricing for extended stays starts at $2,200/month. A refundable security deposit of $500 is charged separately for reservations between 30 days and 6 months, and $1,000 for stays over 6 months.
