The Space:

Our home is designed to be both elegant and comfortable, providing a seamless experience from the moment you arrive. Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen, two distinct living areas, and restful spaces to unwind after a day of exploring.



Sleeping Arrangements (Comfortably sleeps 4-6 guests):

1st Floor Den: A cozy den features a versatile full-size sleeper sofa.

2nd Floor Primary Suite: The tranquil bedroom includes a queen-size memory foam mattress for a restful night's sleep.

Additional: An air mattress is available to accommodate up to 6 guests total.



Stylish Living & Working:

The upstairs living room features a chic mid-century leather sofa, perfect for relaxing with your favorite streaming services on the Smart TV.

Downstairs Den: A separate den offers a private workspace with a desk, along with a comfortable sofa and chaise lounge for quiet reflection.

Fully-Equipped Kitchen: The modern kitchen is ready for any culinary exploration, fully outfitted with a Whirlpool stainless steel electric stove and oven.

Free parking: Enjoy your private 1-car garage and free street parking.

The Ellington is less than 12 minutes to Broadway and the Grand Ole Opry, and just minutes to Five Points, a vibrant neighborhood for food, live music, and local shopping.



PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of the Nashville popularity boom, construction recently started near the home. You should expect some construction disruption Monday-Friday between 7am and 7pm.
