Great place and perfect location

The place was great and perfect for 6 adults. Location was also great. Lots to do nearby within walking distance and only a 5 minute uber ride to Broadway!

Beautiful house in wonderful location

A group of six people in their forties stayed here and we had a wonderful time. It is in a cute neighborhood about 2 miles from downtown Nashville. We were able to walk to wonderful restaurants and cafés and shopping. It was about 2 miles from downtown to all the hotspots. The house with beautifully maintained with so much charm of a Victorian home. I would highly recommend.

Perfect for 3 couples celebrating some 40th Birthdays

Very nice house and we enjoyed our stay! Great location, not far from downtown, but far enough away to get away from the busyness of downtown & have some down time. Have to take into consideration any events happening at the Titan stadium for any travels. Traffic gets very backed up!

Overall a nice older home with updated kitchen and baths. The neighborhood seemed safe. We would have liked better lighting especially in bedrooms and bathrooms .

Beautiful home on great location!

Perfect house for 3 couples. The space and layout was great, the house is adorable and very comfortable with adorable decorations. Very clean!! The area is residential and very safe. Uber was under 5 mins to downtown. Highly recommend!! The photos online are very accurate or better!

My family of 5 loved staying in Lisa's. It had such charm, was clean and in a great location. Lisa was a pleasure to communicate with from beginning. She was quick to respond to questions we had and gave great recommendations. We will be back!

Great location in beautiful home

The owner was such a pleasure to work with and that house was spotless. She provided great recommendations, but it was in the middle of five points so it was so much to do in the neighborhood. It was only 2 miles from downtown so it made for a very inexpensive trip to all the honky-tonks in downtown. The house is an old Victorian home with three bedrooms with queen size beds that are very comfortable. It is a great place for entertaining. We will be back.

Beautiful property

Beautiful property in heart of 5 points, a trendy neighborhood that is about 2 miles from Nashville. The house was very clean and was great place to host a gathering with 3 couples.

Dirty, ant covered kitchen! Owner claims house is professionally maintained. Stay somewhere else!

A group of 6 friends stayed here July 8th thru 12th. The owner told me she would contact me a few days before arrival . Nothing. I emailed her 2 days before arrival. Nothing. I called her the day before arrival . She hadn't seen the email and was going to contact me the night before arrival! This was my warning sign. I asked if that wasn't a little late? She seemed unfazed. I asked if we could drop our bags off around noon and return around 2pm or 3pm? Lisa allowed us to drop off our bags early so we each picked out a room and walked down the block for lunch and a few cold ones. Came back around 3pm to find Lisa cleaning the house. She said she wasn't done yet but we said the place looked ok( we saw her as soon as we walked in the door). Lisa left and we wanted to relax a bit before meeting another group of our friends downtown for the evening. Shortly after we discovered the kitchen counter with ants and ant traps ( the dollar store kind) , the toaster with crumbs all over the top and toaster oven filled with crumbs . Front bedroom, dining room and tv area filled with cobwebs, dirty light fixtures and the leather couch filled with dirt and crumbs between the cushions. We had to wash the table in the back yard because it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I didn't call Lisa because one of our couples was only staying 2 nights and we didn't want to be bothered during our stay. We were supposed to be home by 2:30pm on Wednsday so I felt I could get in touch with Lisa when I got home and request my cleaning fee be refunded. Unfortunately, our flight was delayed for nearly 9 hours so we ended up going back downtown instead of just sitting at the airport. I had to be at work at 2:45 am on Thursday so I was too tired to call. Friday my mother in law had major heart issues ( had open heart surgery just 3 months ago). Needless to say I didn't find time to contact Lisa for a week and a half after our return. Lisa was upset that I didn't contact her during our stay or immediately after our return home. She told me her Professional Cleaning Person could not make it before we arrived due to her husbands heart issues but she would have had a different Professional Cleaning crew come in if we wanted. I'm sorry, Professional Cleaning crews don't leave spider webs and dust everywhere. The condition of this house told us the house rarely gets a deep cleaning. Lisa also stated she uses a Professional Exterminator! Yes, from the Dollar Store!

I strive to make all my guests happy and was disappointed to hear that this guest was unhappy. To any potential guest that may be reading this, I urge you to notice my previous reviews and reviews on Airbnb listing 52172311 with all excellent reviews particularly on cleanliness. This particular guest arrived an hour before checkin. I try to accommodate an early check in for my guests when possible, but the house was not ready due to previous guest issues and a cleaning crew issue . These guests wanted to stay in the house an hour before my 3pm arrival time and drink beer as they watched me clean. I politely asked them to give me at least another hour to get the house ready and they seemed annoyed as it was hot in Nashville in July and they wanted to stay in the house. I have a regular cleaning lady, but her dad was in the ER at last minute so I did have to pick up on the cleaning. They seem to turn their nose up that the owner was cleaning.....However, I made sure it was clean and checked in with them throughout their stay and they said all was great with the house. I only heard from them 3 weeks after their departure that it wasn't clean with threat of bad review if I did not issue a refund. I offered a cleaning fee refund but they still left a bad review. I am disappointed they were not happy and I would have been glad to do what I could to make things right if I only was aware of situation. In 3 years of running a vacation home, this is only bad review so I urge you to consider the source.

Great location in fantastic neighborhood!

We stayed in Lisas House for over 2 months and once we got settled in we loved every minute. Great walkability to terrific restaurants, friendly neighborhood, a 30 minute walk to down town broadway or a few minutes in an Uber or Lyft. We where ready to move in for good!

So much to offer

This house is really perfectly situated in this quaint neighborhood. Ideally located for the East Nashville scene. The house itself has really comfortable accommodations. Nice artwork, awesome deck to hang out on. We loved the local venues, restaurants, shopping, and Shelby Park. Easy access for biking to the pedestrian bridge right downtown Nashville. Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful House

We could not have been happier with our stay! The house was beautiful and worked perfectly for our group of 8 people. The neighborhood had a ton of restaurants and bars within walking distance and it was only about a 5 minute Uber ride to downtown.

Super Cute House!

Awesome, comfortable house in great location!

We were three childhood friends celebrating our 60th birthday in Nashville! The house was perfect, located in a great, quiet neighborhood for early morning walks enjoying all the quaint Craftsman style homes and quick Uber rides to downtown. Walking distance to corner grocery store and The Nashville Biscuit House for breakfast. Very nice decorations, I love country chic! Beds were all comfortable after long days and nights in Nashville. Lisa was by far the most helpful host I have dealt with in all my VRBO rentals; answering lots of questions prior to arrival! I would definitely recommend this property and Lisa!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

My wonderful home has two things that make it special: (1) an incredible location in historic East Nashville that is just a block and a half away from the 5 Points intersection and all of the shops and restaurants and (2) a well appointed, spacious, comfortable and clean home for guests to relax and enjoy. Our home is a 100 year old Victorian that we completely renovated in 2015. It has the romantic feeling of a turn of the century bungalow with all of the modern day comforts and amenities you would expect in a high end vacation property including but not limited to:

* 3 Large Bedrooms - 3 Queen sized beds and with new bedding and linens
* 2 Full Sized Bathroom - Tubs and showers
* 1/2 Bathroom - Toilet and washing facilities in the common area.
* New furniture, new washer & dryer and beautiful local artwork throughout the house
* Large and fully functioning 'eat-in' kitchen that opens to the living area.
* Spacious and quiet back deck for sitting, relaxing and grilling.
* Large fenced in back yard for children and your dog to play.
* Cable TV and Wifi services.
