The Space:
The entire home will be yours during your stay with us. When you arrive, you are greeted with a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is ample seating and Roku smart TV. The king bedroom is stocked with family friendly items such as a pack & play, high chair and board games! We provide all linens needed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Please note there is one bathroom in the home.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment. There is (1) parking pass provided for parking behind the building. Additional parking can be found in nearby neighborhood streets but we really recommend just one car.

Other details to note:
→ Check-in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 10 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate to other guests, we cannot guarantee that early check-in or late check-out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm.
→ Once booked, we will ask for your email address to send you info about the property and the check-in process. You will receive your code for entry one day before your arrival. This code will activate on your check-in day at 4 pm and deactivate at 10 am the day you check out. You can also reference your Airbnb Itinerary for helpful info about the check-in process, House Rules, what we provide, and our contact info.
→ Note - this unit is in a condo building on the first floor. You will have neighbors beside and above you.
→ Our nightly minimum varies depending on the time of year and day of the week. Refer to our calendar for the most up to date availability and feel free to message us with any questions.
→ There is NO cable, but there is a Smart TV with streaming capabilities
→ (1) Parking spot is included. A pass is required. There is a fee of $150 for any lost or stolen pass.
→ Regarding the unit: Max occupancy is 2 people. There is a dishwasher and icemaker. Laundry is in the unit. There is a king bed & a queen sofa bed. Note, there are not windows in the bedroom. The bathroom can be accessed via the primary bedroom as well as off the kitchen. Travel-sized toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware are also provided. Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities desired such as additional toilet paper.
