Summary:
Modern, luxurious home with hot tub & rooftop patio only 3 mi. to downtown & 1 mi. to the heart of five points in East Nashville. Enjoy a fully fenced in patio with hot tub & a rooftop patio w/seating, wet bar, and gas grill. Walk to bars, restaurants, and coffee shops! Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and kitchen fully furnished w/ complimentary coffee bar. Welcome to Nashville!
The Space:
Features: rooftop deck w/gas grill, fully stocked gourmet chefs kitchen, work station, and patio on lower level w/ hot tub. Great for groups and corporate travel. Located in very desirable East Nashville overlooking the park across the street & walk to bars, restaurants, & coffee shops.
1st Floor: Bed 1 w/ a queen size bed and attached bath. Separate entrance to the patio/hot tub area.
2nd Floor: Main living area. Open concept with a chefs kitchen, plenty of dining area available for the whole group and a living area with w/ queen pullout sectional sofa. There is also a half bath on this level.
3rd Floor: Primary bedroom w/ king size plush mattress and a large walk in closet used as an extra sleeping area i with a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom is also on this floor & has a queen bed w/ attached bath.
4th Floor: The 4th floor is the rooftop patio area. There is plenty of seating for everyone and it even has a mini fridge for beer and a gas grill! This is our favorite part of the place to hang out and have a beer. Can't beat the view from that high up :)
Please note: The garage will be locked during your stay and is unavailable for guest use as it is used for storage. We may need to quietly access the garage during your stay but will always reach out to let you know before we do.

Guests will have private access to the whole home.
Getting Around:
Downtown is a quick 5 min Uber ride and only costs around $7. We are two block from Gallatin Rd so you can walk to plenty of nearby restaurants/bars.

âą All properties are contactless checkin. All check-ins begin at 4 PM unless otherwise approved in writing. Edits made in Airbnb to an earlier time do not override this policy.

âą Local residents must message before booking. Non-inquiry local bookings may be canceled without refund.
âą If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.
âą Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 3% processing fee. This does not apply to HVMB reservations.
âą You may be asked to complete documentation such as a rental agreement or provide other information for Chady Property Management after booking reservation.
* No pets allowed! We love pets, but unfortunately, theyâre not allowed at this property. Please note that an unauthorized pet will result in a $500 fee.
* Security Cameras are on the exterior of the property for your protection and ours. Footage is held by a 3rd party and is only reviewed if there is reason. There are no cameras inside of the home.
* Please do not re-stage or move any furniture during your stay to prevent damage and maintain the propertyâs condition.
