Please note this third floor unit is not suitable for children under 12 and there is no elevator access.

This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit with one assigned off street parking space offers a seamless mix of comfort, style, and convenience in the heart of Charleston. The cheerful living room is filled with personality, featuring plush seating, a Smart TV, and plenty of natural light, perfect for unwinding, spending time with loved ones, or capturing picture-perfect memories. The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with modern appliances and all the essentials, whether you're preparing a home cooked meal or reheating local takeout.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom 3rd-floor unit is part of a charming 3-story home that hosts six private condos. Itâs the ideal setup for groups traveling together who want to stay close while still enjoying the comfort and privacy of their own space. Thoughtfully designed and well-appointed, this unit offers a welcoming home base for relaxing between Charleston adventures.
Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families.
This unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2025-06547 and business license BL034118.
Guest Access:
đGuests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Streetâs dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:
âïž A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
âïž Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.
âïž We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.
âïž By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.
đ§âđ§ To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.
Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.
