This is a beautiful place! Very clean, updated, and stylish. I liked that each room had its own bathroom and TV. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen and living room accommodated our group of 6 very easily and made eating meals and playing games low stress. The outdoor patio furniture was another plus for comfortable seating. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream stores within close walking distance. King Street is just a couple of blocks away. If you are willing to walk a little further, you can walk to the city market and the French Quarter without having to deal with parking. I would definitely stay here again. The only piece of advice I have is bring earplugs and use the white noise machines provided when falling asleep because if you have guests above you, you can hear them walking around/turning on water faucets/etc.
This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. We were within walking distance of King Street as well as many cute local stores and restaurants. The house was spotless and spacious for 5 women. We got some groceries delivered and were able to make breakfasts at home. We had to text about checking in early and towels as well as inquiring about how the ice maker worked. We did get a quick response about the towels. Not sure if the ice maker was broken. It was such a comfortable and beautiful house. We will definitely be going back!
The place is beautiful. Very clean. Each bedroom had an en-suite which was perfect. A few good restaurants within walking distance, and an easy, short Uber ride to downtown. I would highly recommend staying here!
We liked that it was away from the bars/touristy restaurants and more in a neighborhood with smaller restaurants. There is an awesome bagel place around the corner. Some issues with the freezer but not a big deal. Nice to give teenagers their own bathroom.
Great location with off street parking. Very quick walk to King Street and all that it has to offer. Equipped with everything you could need for your stay
Sisal carpet was in terrible shape. The kitchen light fixture was the strangest thing Iâve ever seen. Not too happy about the abandoned house right next to the bedroom window. The house served our main purpose
Nice rental. Quiet location, nice neighborhood. Easy access to King St. and tourist sites. Three bedrooms with large beds and full baths, small living/dining area.
This property is better than described - immaculate, well appointed and spacious. Management was responsive and check-in and out instructions were clear and easy.
This house was a very convenient location to walk to coffee shops, eateries, and shopping. Parking was great. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Quiet.
The property was beautiful, comfortable, and location was fabulous!!! Would definitely stay here, again, in the future!!! The ONLY negative, if had to find one, is that we had 3 couples staying in the 3bed/3bath, and parking was a little tight, at times, but it was not bothersome, and did not affect our enjoyment!!! Loved our luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms!!! Thanks for a great weekend!!!
This location was perfect for 4 women in their 30s to experience Charleston but able to escape the hustle of King St. Bistronomy by Nico was by far our favorite restaurant and it is a 4 minute walk from the property. There was plenty of space for all of us to get ready. Two of us shared a King bed which worked great for us. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.
Lovely house in historic district walking distance to restaurants and downtown shops. Sits back off street so nice and quiet. It is a first floor unit with another unit above. You could definitely hear people moving around upstairs but nothing too annoying. Management was great with communication and was even able to accommodate us with an extra parking spot as street parking was not always available and it was pay to park.
