We wanted a roomy place that was not in the middle of all the action yet wasnt too far of a walk or quick Uber/Lyft ride from things and this place met those requirements. We had a few simple questions during our stay and they were reaponded to very quickly which we also appreciated. We would definitely recommend to family and friends to stay

Overall, we had a positive impression of the property. The hallway shower had low water pressure, but the primary bedroom’s shower more than made up for it—almost to the point of being too powerful! Parking was extremely tight, and upon arrival, heavy rain had caused the street to flood, which made parking even more challenging. To make matters worse, another vehicle was taking up two spaces. Thankfully, communication with the host was prompt and helpful, and they assisted in resolving the parking issue quickly. In the end, we enjoyed our stay and experienced no major problems.

One shower was not functional. Told the property manager we would get by with the other shower so we were not juggling a time that would work for repair. They entered the property without my consent, fixed the shower and never said anything to me. I only knew because I checked the shower the next day and it was working. Reached out to property manager and she confirmed they entered without consent. The dishwasher never worked. We all ended up with bites everywhere so fairly certain there are also be bugs. Overall not very pleased.

The best communication! That was a plus. We loved our little getaway and the old world charm of this manor home. We had everything we needed for our trip. Some cool little eateries/ coffee within walking distance. We felt very safe and the neighbors were super nice. The other big plus was having one of the best hospitals right down the street in case it was needed. Would recommend and definitely will stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Pearl suite. There was four of us, we found the kitchen was fully operational with respected dishes, silverware pots, and plant although we didn’t cook. It was nice to know the option was there for use.Additionally, the house as a hole was very clean and very well furnished.With respect the towels and washcloths and bathrooms, spare linens for the bed if needed, plenty of TV options with channels for night time.What I personally appreciated was how well and detail the check-in service was. We had no issues we had come from out of state and access to the premises. Based off the instructions provided made getting in seamless.We found it to be very centrally located for everything that we had planned to be doing.I would strongly recommend the Pearl Suite is a place to stay with family and friends

This was incredible place to stay in Charleston. A/C and the fans in the bedrooms during summer time were great. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. If there was one minor upgrade that could be made would be curtains in the bedrooms. There are blinds. We loved it and would return here for our next trip to Charleston.

Perfect Getaway

The Pearl at Morrison Manor was just that - a pearl. Great location, plenty of room for 2 couples and a toddler, and a great coffee shop just around the corner. We had everything we needed and the folks living in the neighborhood were so nice. We loved our short stay and hope to return soon. Perfect getaway for us!

Spacious and well appointed

We enjoyed our stay and found the apartment proportions, decor, furnishings and supplies very generous. It was surprisingly quiet given units upstairs and hardwood floors and within walking distance of the visitor center and many of the city’s attractions and shops. Everything worked, plenty of hot water, good AC and lovely linens. Only negative - mattresses are a bit tired and compressed (divots). Great communication with the manager. Would definitely use again. Thank you.

We had a great stay. The property was clean and just as described. Although we didn’t use the kitchen it appeared to have everything you would need. The beds were comfortable and spacious. The only negative is the parking situation. There is one small space per unit and no available on street parking. We managed but I could see it being a problem if you have a large vehicle.

Easy traveling from airport about a 20 min ride. Without a car it wasn't very easy to get around. The reviews I read said king st was close enough to walk to but you couldn't there was a highway you had to go on. The house itself was clean but very musty smelling. Excellent experience. Check in and communication were great! Parking is tight, but did not present any real issue. Property is well maintained, clean, and appointed appropriately. It’s a decent walk to “downtown”, but the free bus is within a half mile stroll. Would definitely recommend!
