Stunning updated 2BR home, beautifully decorated with a nautical flair of Cape Cod and only 8/10 mile to South Village Beach. Make yourself at home in the spacious living area, featuring an elegant bay window, comfortable seating, and large flat screen TV. Whip up a delicious meal in the bright kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Dine at the table for four to enjoy your favorite meal or gather to play cards. Sleep soundly in the primary suite, appointed with a queen bed, desk area for working remotely, and a smart TV. The guest bedroom is furnished with a pyramid bed (twin and full) with trundle while the shared guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The extra perk of staying at this home is a taking advantage of the screened porch area offering ample space for sitting and relaxing or reading your favorite book. Fire up the gas grill and cook up dinner on the back area. The backyard offers plenty of space for the kids to play. Just an easy drive to South Village Beach from this nice residential neighborhood or to visit local shops, restaurants, or attractions nearby.
Non-refundable $250 Administrative Fee, Cleaning fee of $289 (Linens Included) plus applicable state and local taxes.

In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $500 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.
