Description: Adorable chalet 3 saisons avec tout ce qu'il faut. À seulement quelques minutes de la magnifique baie de Cape Cod et des plages de l'océan National Seashore. À courte distance de la piste cyclable remarquablement pittoresque de Cape Cod et profitez des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle.

Directions: Depuis les ponts Bourne ou Sagamore, suivez les panneaux pour la Route 6 (Est). Suivez la Route 6 (Est) jusqu'à la sortie 9A (Rt 134 Sud). Prenez la route 134 au bout de la bretelle et suivez tout le chemin jusqu'à l'intersection avec la route 28. Vous passerez directement à travers les lumières à cette intersection et serez maintenant sur Swan River Road. À la fin de la route sinueuse de Swan River, vous prendrez à gauche sur Lower County Road. Vous passerez Coldwell Banker - Martha Murray Real Estate (à votre droite). Peu de temps après, recherchez OCEAN DRIVE sur votre DROITE. Une fois que vous tournez sur Ocean Drive, vous verrez les Dennisport Pines Cottages sur votre droite. Immédiatement après eux, il y aura un chalet blanc - 11 Ocean Drive. Notre chalet est derrière ce premier cottage blanc.

Nice cottage

Just so all are aware cottage is directly behind main house. Owners did not bother us at all but based on map I didn't think we'd be that close in proximity. Cottage was all we needed...very close to description.... bathroom is very small and no blowdryer available. Close to beach and great location to be able to see all the cape has to offer

Best Vacation yet on the Cape

My family and I had a beautiful week in Dennis Port! The house was the perfect size for 4 adults. We walked to the beach in 5 minutes and were a quick driving distance to ice cream and great food. The deck was a quiet place to hang out in the mornings and at night. Thank you for sharing your home with us! Oh and you have to try Captain Baker Donuts !!

Dennisport stay

Lovely central location in peaceful residential area, walking distance to Haigis beach and nearby eateries. Easy access to all towns on mid Cape. Cottage was clean and sunny and suited our family of three. The queen matress was quite soft depending on your personal preference. Loved the outdoor shower. A few details like the lack of beach towels despite the listing and the unlockable back door, were minor issues. Highly recommend Sundae School ice cream and Kreme and Kone for frsh fish. All in all, a pleasant stay.

Excellent home base

This was perfect for our small family trip to visit the Cape and Nantucket. The house is centrally located to everything you might want to do in the area, and the very short walk to the beach was also a plus It was clean and quiet and the host was very responsive, providing immediate assistance when my 93-year-old mother accidentally locked her purse in the house. Thanks to her!!

Really cozy place very close to the beach

It was just me and my friend and we were attending a wedding a few miles away so we didn't spend a whole lot of time at the house but we did take advantage of the short walk to the beach as often as we could! We brought our own bath towels which was handy because I didn't see any but other than that we were comfortable sitting on the patio, we slept well and we had the quiet privacy we were looking for! Thank you again, we'd love to come back!

Excellent!

This was a very comfortable and well kept beach stay! Kitchen was fully stocked and enough propane was in the grill for us to grill. Very clean and beds were all comfortable. A/C cooled down the cottage on hotter days. There was a short walk to a small beach that our 3 and 6 year old both managed easily. There are stairs down to the beach. We found it easier to leave our beach cart at the top of the stairs and carry what we needed as most others did as well. Several other beaches in driving distance to the beach but we just used the small one to avoid parking fees. Would definitely recommend and return.

Great place for the family!!!

We had such a great time in our vacation! The proximity to the beach was awesome making it simple for us to walk back and forth each day. I’m not sure if the beach at the end of the street gets packed in the summer since it isn’t that big, but when we stayed in September it was like having our own private beach. The space of the house is perfect for a family of five. It’s not a big place but great layout making it very comfortable to hang out and spend time inside and out during the stay. Very clean and updated inside. Only thing I’d note is if having groceries delivered to note that it is the rear house on the property. We ran into a small issue with our Instacart delivery but I can’t fault the place or owners for that. We scheduled the delivery for right when we were slated to arrive so we didn’t yet know that it would be helpful to specify that to the delivery person. Other than that everything went great, definitely would recommend!!!

Closest beach very small and a bit disappointing.

Owner communicated well, had plenty of room, and all areas nicely furnished and decorated! Plenty of dishes, silverware, and glassware. We chose to cook so a skillet with a lid and a cookie sheet would’ve been helpful.

A Sweet Stay!

A great place to stay for our first time in Cape Cod! The house was larger than I expected, very clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the sheets were soft. More than enough towels (bring your own beach towels). Ample and easy parking. Two beaches were within walking distance, and the one at the end of Ocean Drive had a great swing set. The location of the house itself was a great base for exploring Cape Cod and there was quite a lot of good food nearby (we had really great take out from Thai Ocha and ice cream at Sundae School). Dan's One Stop right has everything you might need, I went there every morning to grab a coffee! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you!!!

Perfect stay, just as advertised

We had a lovely two night stay. Perfect location for Cape activities or just staying put the whole time. House has everything you need and the beach is a five minute stroll just at the end of the road. If it’s a super hot week, you might be warm, there’s no AC- we were ok with fans and open windows. Lots of great restaurants close by and a well equipped kitchen and grill. The bathroom is small, but the shower is amazing! Would definitely return.
