It is quiet and clean. It is close to bus stops; as I didn't have a car that was a great convenience. It is close to downtown, and the airport. The neighborhood is pleasant, with lots of trees flanking the streets.

Cute loft in Little Havana

Had a great time staying at this loft! Definitely would recommend the location. Was a little small for 3 people but the perfect amount of space for 2! We had a little issue with some ants but Mercedes was quick to respond and get us the supplies to take care of the issue.

The property was very nice and modern. The host was also very accommodating and replied to messages super quickly. You definitely need a car if you’re staying here since you can’t really walk anywhere and the neighbourhood has many dogs which bark as you walk past the houses.

Little Havanna

Mercedes was a great host. The place is newly remodeled and clean. Ideal for a short stay, but not so ideal for a longer stay with 3 piece family and 2 little dogs. The "charming neighborhood" could use a bit of street cleaning but overall we had a good time.

Amazing Stay

Property was clean and upkept well. Air conditioning was a blessing throughout the stay and was very user friendly. Mercedes was great at communicating prior to and during check in process. Initially though about walking the 1 mile to Little Havana, but definitely worth finding parking in the area rather than walking. Overall, highly recommend.

convenient location and responsive host. the place has kind of a weird smell and the lack of ethernet port or physical wifi router caused a problem with my work. the bed sheets also had a weird stain that was impossible to remove

Great for short stay in Miami!

This loft is very clean and well-taken care of! We had no bug issues mentioned in other reviews (I was concerned). There is an iron, ironing board, but no hair dryer. There was plenty of clean towels, wash cloths, an extra blanket and toiletries. The bed is more full-size (not queen) and very firm. The place was a great for 1 or 2 people! Check-in was easy and communication was great! I was hoping there would be more in walking distance, but it is a short Uber ride to many attractions in Miami.

As described!

This listing was exactly as described! It was beautiful and comforting enough for myself and my guest. The shower is the best asset to this rental! Perfect shower pressure, I could have lived in there! I would definitely stay again. The only downside to this property is that the bugs were too much! Roaches must be larger in Florida because I never seen them to that size. However, I do not believe it has to do with the cleanliness all the way. I think there are some area in the kitchen that haven’t been fully sealed to prevent them from coming in!

Immaculate!

This apartment was the cleanest, most updated rental property I've stayed at yet. When I say it was clean, I really do mean everything was spotless. Check-in was simple with the lock box code texted to me and the house key inside. Mercedes was easy to communicate with, and she was so understanding when I needed to arrive a little early and stay an hour late. I could not have asked for a better experience with this stay. As I told Mercedes, I would give this place 6 stars if I could!

Marlins Game

My husband and I stayed here for a marlins game. Great location, literally right down the street from the marlins stadium. The loft/apartment itself was very pretty and aesthetically pleasing. Shower water was nice and hot. Unfortunately though the bed was not a queen, it was a full size bed and hard as a rock. The sofa was more like a futon and very uncomfortable as well. My husbands feet hung off both the bed and sofa. There were tiny ants all over as well. At 9:30 in the morning the house itself was getting maintenance done so banging and drilling woke us up. Was provided with two bath towels and two hand towels for a three night stay, no wash cloths. No linen closet with extra towels. I would only recommend this place if you’re a solo traveler.

Thank you Amber, If you needed more than 4 towels for 3 nights you should say so, hospitality etiquette was delivered to the unit. There have never been ants in the unit, food left should have attracted but I have never seen them. Photos of sofa and areas are in the property description, you had what you saw, I am sorry you wanted something else. I am glad location was perfect!

Great stay, but...

Problem: 1. Water heater breaker kept tripping. 2. No iron or ironing board 3. Bed too small for two people (maybe queen size better) But overall everything was great, super clean, which is greatly appreciated, modern decor. Loved it. Location: most important due to everything being within 20 minutes. I would recommend and stay again.

I stayed here April 2021 and check in and out was a very easy process. the house is very clean and nice. the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Overall a great choice!
