Nice place & decor beautiful bathroom No parking had to park in the grass but was right by entrance No kitchen, no plates there was plastic ware There was 2 cups & coffee mugs and coffee no watersHVAC makes a really weird noise took us a while to fall asleep Woken up around 6am by voices on the other side of the wall tried to ignore it but by 7am there was lots of disturbance with noise and country music which may have been a ringtone so if you are a light sleeper there is no purpose to set an alarm the house on the other side of the very thin wall will wake you up, the man was fairly quiet the women on the other hand was very noisy and based on the things she was saying and her curiosity didn’t sound like she was familiar with the propertyLots of birds around the property and a rooster so with the house noise you will hear birds for a good hour There’s was dead and alive big roaches in the unit plus a lot of red ants and Cats kept coming to the door Host was very nice and responsive

Sabias que odiar a los animales es ilegal en este Pais ? Es Ilogico lo que dices por que en realidad Tu molestia es que no podias Alargar tu estancia ya que tenia mas guespedes ! Pero no tiene sentido si estabas tan incomoda como se supone que pedias quedarte maS ???

Was a cute little place. Would be ideal for a couple. Nice bathroom. Wish you could use shower wand though. I wish the host gave a little more direction before after check in time. I understand he probably didnt want people to just show up but it added stress to our arrival.also wouldve been nice to be able to control the ac as there is just a little fan in the room and ac is locked to control. Quite of bit of stuff around to do was nice.Would probably stay again if it was just me and my wife.

Pros: Location was nicely centralized to where we needed. Clean and orderly, except the shower.Cons: All hours of the day including late at night, loud conversations and noise was heard, making it difficult to sleep or have much privacy. The bathroom was large but the shower/bath area was not cleaned sufficiently. If not for the noise we would consider staying there again.

The location is very centric like 15 -20 mins to everywhere. Communication with the host was incredible, quick friendly communication. The only thing I would change is the Wifi information, where to park and where the room is location would be beneficial as a message the day before arrival.

It was alright

They have it connected to their home and they have a child who wakes up very early and is extremely loud screaming crying, we were woken up at 5am a couple times because of that, I think that should be listed in the description, also the shower head was zip tied so couldn’t fully use the shower how we would like to. We were traveling from SC and arrived an hour early and they wouldn’t allow us to check in directly until 4PM which was very inconvenient for us, they were still cleaning it at 4:04PM. Other than that, they washed any laundry we needed washed & it was clean in there.

Ok. One room & bath on side of house.

Place was ok and relatively cheap. This place is a room & bathroom on the side of a small house. There is a door from this apt to the rest of the house (covered with a mirror). The main problem was the loud conversation they were having on the other side of that door before 7am when we were trying to sleep. There is no sound block to this apartment, so we got woken up at 6 something when we arrived late the night before. I also didn't like that the thermostat was locked up & we couldn't set it to our preferred temp. Otherwise the place was not too bad for the price.

Great Find!

The property was in a good, clean neighborhood - pretty central location to local stores and restaurants. The kitchenette has some cookware little burner, a coffee maker, a microwave and a mini fridge/freezer. I stayed for 4 nights/5 days; I worked during that time (Pacific Standard) and asked the host for wifi info, which they gave me before I even got there. As soon as I arrived in the city and sent a message, they gave me the code. There was even a little mini driveway for me to park my rental car. The room was just as seen in the photos. They zip tied the shower hose to the top fixture; it was positioned kind of awkwardly and not movable but still in perfect working order. Tub was gorgeous, wished I could have used it (didn’t have time). Plenty of towels and blankets. They had a rotating fan installed on the wall which was nice, especially since the thermostat is blocked off. It ran cool in the evenings which is how I like it. They were very kind and communicative, and after seeing previous reviews about loud noises/talking in the morning from other residents; I voiced that concern to the hosts and I had no problems with any noise or being woken up: Very kind and considerate people. Would love to stay here again when I visit next time!!

Not as expected

The stay wasn’t absolutely terrible, but it was not as described. I’m glad that the owner has now updated the listing to include a description of the property. Please be aware that this listing is attached to the house and it just has a private entrance. My family and I were woken up by the people in the other room that were talking and laughing sooo loudly at 7:30 AM. We heard them talking the entire time that we were there, including when we arrived a bit past midnight. We also saw bugs crawling around on the night stand and in the bathroom. I wish I could attach a video of it. When I mentioned this to the owner, he never addressed it. He was just upset about me contacting VRBO about the inaccurate listing. Also, the check in process was weird. Our flight got delayed so we got there later than expected. I kept putting in the door code that he gave me, but it wasn’t working. He suddenly got out of his car (didn’t even know he was there) and then did something on his phone and then the code worked. I just feel like the code should work no matter what time of day because we paid for the listing starting at 4 PM. I asked for the Wi-Fi, and he gave me a name with no password? The name didn’t even show up, but I was tired so I didn’t even bother asking. Also, there were no wash cloths. Just big towels. Bathroom is cute though. I wish the owner would have just been honest and put a description from the start. I would not recommend this property, but it did its job for 1 night.
