Breathtaking views in this spacious penthouse condominium located in the top floor of the recently built “Oceanhouse” property directly across from the sand and the surf! Enjoy sipping your morning coffee on the large deck watching the waves roll in and out, and get lost in sweeping views of the ocean from the large living space. Great kitchen with island seating area, big dining table, and very large living room with plenty of seating and cable TV. Unobstructed views of the ocean from the large covered deck and living space. Primary bedroom suite with king bed, walk-in closet and private bath with tile shower. Secondary bedroom has full-size bunk bed and additional full bath with tub/shower. Full size sleeper sofa in the living room. Location offers easy walking access to everything on Hampton Beach- shopping, entertainment, restaurants, and the pristine beach! TWO reserved parking spaces behind the building in a gated parking lot. Linens and towels provided. Kitchen stocked with all cooking and serving necessities. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels provided.

Fabulous rental

Loved everything about this rental. Perfect location, spacious, well decorated, clean. Only recommendation would be to add a stick vacuum to make cleaning the floors easier (sand). We'll be back!

Super clean with fabulous view and good location
..but.. Garage is a real challenge to access and maneuver in. We were disappointed in TV service with no cable news and only Apps in the bedrooms. Guest bedroom sleeping arrangement not practical.

Beautiful and spacious

We really enjoyed this property. It’s been over 20 years since I stepped foot in Hampton beach. I had a lot of family and friends come to say hello. The place is amazing. I did run into some snags (not enough towel, hand towels and face clothes) which was quickly remedied by the property manager. Even though it sleeps 6 , it does not sleep 6 adults (3 couples) well. The guest room has a bunk bed so one couple barely fit on the bottom (it was a full size bottom). My son’s a big guy but he managed it. The other bed was a sleep sofa in the living room. This bed was so uncomfortable (bars) that the next night we took the mattress off the top bunk for 1 person and the other slept on the couch. The property manager was cool with us doing this. Like I said, she was quick and helpful. Since we flew, we had no room for hairdryer. I was surprised there wasn’t one there. I left one for the next guest. The view is spectacular! I would rent this again if we ever find ourselves in Hampton Beach. My only suggestion would be put a Queen size bed in the spare room and replace the sleep sofa. Other than that, you can’t go wrong! The service from the manager was spot on and very accommodating!

Beautiful beachfront condo

We loved this beautiful new condo right on Hampton beach! The view was amazing and experiencing the fireworks show from the balcony could not have been better.

Nice condo!

The condo is as advertised! The building is brand new, condo was very clean upon our arrival. The furniture is nice and comfortable, felt like home away from home. We love the location as the building is directly across the street from the entrance to the beach. The view from the deck is amazing! On Wednesday we watched the fireworks from the deck which was nice to be out of the crowd. Located about 20 minutes from Portsmouth, New Hampshire with great restaurants! Looking forward to possibly staying here again.

After all we have been through these past months, it has been great to relax and find that everything has been thought of and is just as advertised. Nice place and managed by thoughtfull people. To summarize,...we will be booking a week for next year very shortly!

Awesome place!

The condo is in great condition and is located in the best spot on the beach. Great views of ocean blvd and the ocean sunrises in the morning and a view of the sunset from the entrance. Perfect spot to watch the Wednesday fireworks too. Lots of space inside the property and everything is in great condition. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful views all day long

We loved our stay here. This property is right on the strand, next to little beach cafe’s, bars, shops and arcades with easy access to the highway for fun day trips. It’s clean, spacious and has all the amenities you need to start your vacation. Added bonus is the lovely long terrace where you can spend hours gazing out at the sea. During the summer, you have front row seats to Hamptons Fireworks display on Wednesday night. Enjoy.

Luxurious penthouse on Hampton Beach

Family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids, spent an awesome 4th of July week at this luxurious penthouse on Hampton Beach. This spacious apartment is in a brand-new building and is perfectly located right on Hampton Beach. The location is perfect as it's a few yards away from the hustle and bustle of Ocean Blvd. but close enough to explore all the beachside restaurants, shopping and entertainment that Hampton Beach has to offer. The penthouse has a big balcony/deck from where we were able to a get a ringside view of the 4th of JULY fireworks and also weekly Hampton Beach fireworks that happen every week during the summer. It's great to find good spots on the beach before you get there. The apartment has all amenities a family would need, nice big master suite and 2nd bedroom, 2 big size bathrooms and beautiful open living, dining and kitchen area. Weather during this week did not co-operate on all days so we ended up spending more time at the apartment than we would've liked but Jennifer's awesome place made up for that. The owners were responsive through our stay even though we didn't really need much as everything was well take care of. We would recommend this great penthouse to any groups of 4-6 people looking to enjoy the great Hampton Beach area. The only suggestion we would have to is add some more family entertainment options, eg: board games etc. for guests to enjoy on days when the outdoors are not accessible due to weather. This ia very new listing so I'm sure more such amenities will be added by the owners. Overall we had an absolutely fun week and would love to come back again.
