Free high speed internet with smart TV provided. There is no cable television at the apartment but you are welcome to login to your Netflix, Amazon Prime or Hulu accounts. Local news channels can be accessed through the “NewsOn” app.

***There is a strict no pet policy administered by the condo association. Unfortunately, no exceptions are allowed.

***No Parties. We have fantastic neighbors and ask that you respect quite hours.

***No Tobacco, vaping, or any type of smoking on the premises (inside or outside). This is strictly enforced and administered by the condo association.

***We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. This is to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

All information about the property was listed out clearly and we had no issues checking in or during our time at this condo. Very easy walking distance to the beach, bars, and to the Seafood Festival. Absolutely beautiful and very clean.

Great location, clean, comfortable

We were lucky to find this as we planned a last minute weekend trip. We had two adults and three teens. We slept 2 to each room and one of the kids slept on the pull out. Beautiful view on the enclosed balcony. The walk to the beach is nice and short. The beach is less crowded on this end as well. Will book again in the future!

Amazing stay

Perfect location right on the beach and a very short walk to the board walk. Amazing stay for our mini get away. The place is just like the pictures, beautiful condo with amazing views from the screened in porch. Definitely 5 stars. If I had to say anything negative it was the screens have some holes so we didn’t open the windows in the bedrooms(but you have a ceiling fan and another fan in each room so it was very comfortable)But leaving the sliders open and the porch windows open was perfect and you hear the waves. Again amazing stay and John is very attentive. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Perfect

I recently stayed at “The Wave” with my two young daughters and my 75 year old mother. Our stay from booking to check out was perfect. The location was amazing. The distance from the apartment to the car and the beach was ideal especially when traveling with children and a senior. We could easily leave our beach stuff in the car and just stop and get it each day on the way out to the beach. The close proximity to the Boardwalk was great. The unit itself had a beautiful view and was well stocked. The host responded promptly when I reached out prior to and during our trip. We had a great vacation and hope to return to this unit on Hampton Beach.

A beautiful stress-free stay

First of all, the view...The view was breathtaking and waking up to it every morning was like a dream. The condo was exactly as advertised in the photos we saw. Very clean and quiet with on site parking. We were here for 4 nights for a "close to home" anniversary get-away. We had both a great and stress-free time. All we needed to bring here were our clothes and toiletries. We shopped for groceries and thats it, nothing else was needed. The condo had everything!!! This trip was just what we needed and I'm looking forward to coming here again. I would recommend anyone to stay here! I know we'll be back!! Thank you for having us, John!

We had an amazing stay at The Wave! This 2-bedroom condo was exactly what we were looking for – well-kept, perfectly located right on the ocean, and incredibly comfortable for our group.The location couldn't be better. We took a beautiful 30-minute drive up the coast to Portsmouth one day and made it to UNH the following day for a football game in about 25 minutes. There are plenty of restaurants withinwalking distance, and we have to give a special shoutout to Point Break – we enjoyed dinner there 2 out of the 4 nights we stayed. The sunrise over the ocean is absolutely incredible and set the tone for each day. There are also a couple of coffee shops within an easy walk, which was perfect for getting our mornings started.John was a fantastic host and went above and beyond by accommodating half of our group arriving a day early. His flexibility andresponsiveness made everything seamless.I can't recommend The Wave enough – it was everything we hoped for and more for an extended weekend getaway. We're already looking forward to coming back!

Very clean, beds are comfortable, great balconies(ocean and street side). Very good amenities. Easy access. The sunrise over the sparkling ocean each morning was spectacular! We appreciated the availability of an elevator. Would definitely consider another stay.

Ok not great

Overall the property is nice and clean and great location. Unsatisfied with the air conditioning setup and communication. I asked one question which was never responded to. The A/C vents into the porch which makes it too hot to enjoy. Turn the A/C off and it is incredibly hot inside being on the third floor. The elevator also didn’t work during my stay which was a minor inconvenience.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The location and views were spectacular. Short walk to the boardwalk and the Seashell Stage where there was free concerts every night. The condo was very clean and fully stocked with whatever you may need. Jeff was very communicative and access was super easy. We would definitely come back again.

Beach Oasis

We had a marvelous stay at this Oceanside condo for the 4th of July weekend. The location is just steps away from the beach, prime parking and panoramic views from the condos porch. The condo space is modern, well-maintained and extremely clean. The neighborhood was welcoming and family friendly. John is a terrific host who communicated all the details for our stay clearly and answered any of our questions in a timely fashion. Highly recommend for your next beach escape!

Absolutely an amazing stay

Property was clean, check in and check out was very easy, plenty of space and a supply closet. For kids there were board games, cards and a few books. Well decorated. Balcony was my favorite place. It is right on the beach so you can see sunrise and sunset right from the property and go for walk at anytime.
