The views was amazing

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views is what you pay for for this condo, the condo is ok it needs a DEEP cleaning and less bulky furniture in the living room, so you could have more room. In blackout, curtains to where you can have the option. If you wanna get woken up by the sun or not. When I booked this condo and the email that was sent to me early check in could be possible or later checkout. I asked to have early check in and I never got a response until it was my check in time. And it was at 4pm. I can understand if it was due to cleaning for the. Reason, but the condo was not the most cleanest or dirtiest place. So there's wasn't like there could have been a whole lot of time spent cleaning there. Also I would add new cookware. Because the cookweare, that's in there. Sucks, and the stove really didn't work. The greatest it sounded like a bell. Dinging, every time you put a pot on it, and it didn't get hot, we tried to boil water and after forty five minutes of not boiling, we changed the burner to a different spot and it worked. The spot is nice because of the views, but could definitely use an upgrade.

Beach view was great, room was clean, & beds decently comfortable, along with easy access to the beach. The coffee pot was super cheap, there wasn't a cone, just a hole; one morning, half asleep, made coffee and must not of had the arm in the middle and because coffee and grounds went everywhere; down the cabinet, in the drawer, in the lower cupboard. There were also a few rusted utensils in the drawer. Also, for a beach property, this was the first one I've stayed at that didn't offer at least a small cooler.

Great time in Panama City

We had a great time staying at this property. Close to beach, nice pool, nice room. People that worked there were friendly and helpful. Great time all around for family.

The property is a great location on the beach front that is close to all the popular restaurants, bars, and tourist spots. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Perfect location!

We loved this property! Perfect location right in the middle of front beach road in PCB. Walking distance to pier and many fun restaurants. Condo was clean and well equipped. Would definitely book again!

Beautiful views

Nice area with beautiful view of Gulf of America. Needed hotel drapery for sleeping in. Sterling Reef was down to one elevator for the first 2 days of our stay which lead to a 10 to 15 minute wait to get on the el.
