We found the reception desk very helpful and always pleasant. We enjoyed a meal at the restaurant and lots of food and very tasty.What a convenient parking garage. We can walk to many stores. The unit is very clean and beds are so comfy. There were a couple of broken appliances but they right away replaced one and explain vacuums are Not necessary. Very pleased with this place.

Terrible experience

To start off. The pictures are nice. The condo was very rough. The condo was very very dirty. I think they need to hire a different cleaning service. The toaster was caked with dirt as well as rusted the kitchen needed to be better stocked you could not of cooked a meal if you wanted to the mattresses on the beds, had the spring sticking through them and they were harder than rocks. We went and bought a toaster it was so gross. The refrigerator bottom shelf was broken and the bottom of the refrigerator. Great was filthy as well as the great for the air conditioner intake looked like it had never been cleaned. The sofa was nasty. We had to put a sheet over it to just sit on it. And the cushions were flat as pancakes. Of the 5 chairs on the balcony 3 of them were broken The floors were gross. Oh we all very dissatisfied out of all the condos that we’ve ever stayed at over all the years in Florida. It was the most expensive and absolutely by far the worst. We will not return to that particular condo ever.

Panama City Vacation 2024

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Tidewater unit 1011 was great. The unit is very spacious and well equipped. The 3 full baths is a great plus with several people. The location is perfect for great shopping at Pier Park and many resturant favorites close by. Also walmart is just up the road a few minutes. This was our 2nd stay at the unit and again we were very please with the unit and the facility overall .

Fun but stressful

Communication with Emerald Coast Destination was good. The room itself was great. Clean upon arrival. Kitchen items are limited but we got by. The resort itself I would not recommend due to the elevator system being horrible. The pools were not something we wanted to swim in. The beach chairs and umbrella and staff were amazing. Kids loved the Starbucks.

July 4th

The condo was perfect! The only thing that we didn’t like was the elevators. Waiting for an elevator for 45+ mins was crazy. Going up 8-10 flights of stairs with groceries and a toddler was hard. We also couldn’t get a luggage cart when we got there.

It is in a great location.

Everyone that stayed on our trip had a great time. We had kids from the age of 10 to 15 years old and there was something for them all to do. Also a big plus there was enough room for all 5 of us and the 3 full bathrooms was great and time saver. It was really nice to have beach chairs that was with the room it helped save $400 for the week on not having to rent them. We would stay here again.

Disappointed from Mississippi

This is the worse condo we have ever stayed at. I would not recommend it to anyone. It takes forever to get in an elevator. The condo room itself was so outdated and not furnished with enough silverware. There were no potholders nor pitchers. We had a family of 6 and only had 5 forks and spoons. They have people checking in/out EVERY day at all hours. The beach service was rude. I will never come back to this place again!!!

Tidewater is well run. Condo itself needs TLC. furniture old and stained. In need of kitchen essentials. Condo was clean and beds comfortable. A coat of paint and some new furniture is needed.

Elevators a nightmare!!!! Very good parking garage!

Unit needed a good cleaning..property was nice, great pools, nice umbrellas and chairs, nice employees. zThe elevators were horrible.. long waits, Suggestions on check out load car the night before after midnight, just get up and leave, there is a two to three hour nightmare in the morning. Every room had a TV just could not find a way to get volume on any??? Absolutely no maintenance service. Overall would I stay again NO!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Tidewater staff is really friendly and helpful. However, the condo needed a good cleaning and the kitchen was not stocked very well. The blender was missing the pitcher, no potholders, the pans were put up dirty (there was grease in the pot), and the dishwasher was broken. The floors were sandy and the windows were not clean. The couch and chairs were dirty-looking. If you have to use the internet while on vacation, do not depend on this one. It is unreliable. It stayed out for a day and a half while we were there. (No backup for TV provided.) Overall, nice stay but it has issues. The condo could use a better cleaning staff. The location of the unit is right by the elevator, you can hear it running all night long.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dishwasher was broken. Repairman came but could not fix it so we had no dishwasher for the entire week. All the furnishings were old and stained. Pillows were old , stained and torn. I took a picture if one that all the stuffing was falling out. Only 2 bath towels in the master bath. Will not be coming back.
