The place was great and loved the stay, but i have to say the real star is the owner. We arrived night after hurricane Isias(?) with no power and no water (like everyone else on the strip) and had to find another place. Next day still no power and water but the owner did at another rental on the beach 3 buildings away and offered to move us to that one and refund the first night! Stayed in constant contact with us and updated us as she got new info. My brothers family was in the same building with a big rental company and had no info on what was happening and had to stay with no ac and only a couple lights and no refund on the first night. Both units have tons of beach toys and floats, plenty of towels and awesome views. And the kitchen! I swear there are more utensils and gadgets than my kitchen at home!This is the only owner i will stay with in PCB! They even have a couple houses for rent, just need one or two in Gatlinburg and i will be set! Thanks for saving our vacation!!

We had another absolutely wonderful stay at this beachfront condo! This was our second year staying here, and it was just as amazing as the first. The condo was exactly as described in the pictures and listing, and we couldn’t have asked for a better view of the ocean. It was extremely clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for cooking and enjoying our stay. Kristy is very responsive, and a great host.

Immediately noticed the cleanliness of the room and the fresh air. The host was extremely quick with message replies. Very good price for the room and had beach chairs included which is a must for us.

Super cute and clean two-bedroom with all comforts of home. Owner is local and communication was perfect. Beach towels provided and even two lingers with umbrellas first come/served. I would rent this unit again.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our daughters senior trip. The beds were comfortable and the place was super clean. The views from the balcony were breath taking and everything was just the way the pictures looked. Very pleased with the host and her responsiveness. We will book again when we come back down.

The condo was very clean and well kept with an amazing view. Kristy went out of her way to help us with a parking issue since my truck is oversized and wouldn't fit in the parking deck. Will absolutely book again in the future.

Everything about this property was so nice! Beautiful view from our balcony, so comfy and clean. We had an issue with the washing machine and our hosts took care of it right away. We loved being able to walk on beach and hear the waves.
