*6 Armbands and 2 Parking Passes included with each reservation packet. Armbands must be worn while on property
*This is a self catering property but we do provide starter items for our guest: 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, several garbage bags, travel size shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, 2 dish tabs and sponge, 2 Gain flings, 2 dryer sheets, Liquid dish soap and hands-soap. We also keep several spices and oils in the cabinet including salt and pepper for our guest to use.
*Highchair, Pack-n-Play and booster seat available for use during stay.
*Parking: Parking spaces are not dedicated. The parking garage is underneath the building. Guests may park anywhere in the garage. Once guest have checked in, they will need to display parking passes at all times while in the garage. No scooters, golf carts, rentable mini vehicles, boats or trailers are allowed on the property/parking garage.
*Garage height limitation: 7 Feet
*No oversized vehicles allowed on the property.
**There is a max of 2 parking passes per unit; no exceptions.
