We are grateful to share that this beautiful 2 Bed 2 bath condo is Guest Ready!! It was not damaged by the storms and we are excited to start taking reservations again!
Our Pool is now open (not heated currently except by sunshine), Hot Tub is Not open. Your stay provides the much needed support our local businesses appreciate as they recover. Many businesses have already reopened and are eager to welcome You!
We are located on the top floor of this condo building, accessed by elevator with an interior entrance off the hallway. Self-check in is easy with electronic locks and covered parking for 1 vehicle. Upon entering the condo, you will see the Gulf visible in the distance. It features an open concept with Kitchen, Living and Dining, fully stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare your vacation meals. There is a bedroom and bathroom located down the hall across from the kitchen. This bedroom includes a queen size bed and a TV. The master bedroom has a King size bed with ensuite bathroom and is located off the living room. The living room has lots of room to relax and watch a movie and the couch is a pull out sofa for more sleeping space.
Though the beach, boating, and water sports are the main attraction, you will have access to the new resort pool located in the parking lot adjacent to the condo. It features a sun shelf and is a great place to sun and swim. There is also a jacuzzi to relax your cares away.
Guests have access to a pool and hot tub that is shared between guests of Madeira Bay Resort, as well as a well equipped gym which is in the building adjacent to ours.
Beach access is right across the street from our building and there is a safe crosswalk for you to cross located right downstairs. You are also walking distance from the John's Pass Boardwalk, which has tons of restaurants, shops and things to do. It is a great spot for water activities and there are tons of rentals in the area from boat slips to jet skis and charters.
Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you.
I reside locally and my team and I are always on hand to help with anything you need. We are committed to our Guests' happiness and strive for glowing reviews, so you can count on us to be there whenever you require assistance.
This condo is located in Madeira Bay Resort, which overlooks the Gulf of Mexico just across the street and John's Pass Boardwalk a block away. If you're looking to enjoy the beach, water activities, shopping and restaurants, this is an amazing location! Madeira Beach was named the #5 beach in America, competing with several other Gulf towns in the area. There is a grocery store within 2 miles of the condo, though there are many restaurants and bars in easy walking distance.
Guests will have access to parking for one car during their booked stay. Parking is limited directly in the beach areas, though there are paid lots and garages should you need to park a second car or have a visitor for the day.
Uber and Lyft are readily available, as well as the trolley system that travels between the local beach areas.
If you do not have a vehicle, there is so much you can walk to and delivery service options are available for groceries, food, liquor, baby equipment, etc.
- The responsible party booking and staying at this condo must be 22 years or older.
- The condo is not designed for partying, but rather a relaxing vacation destination. We expect guests to treat the home with respect and leave everything in the condition it was found in. Any damage should be reported upon check-in.
- Towels and linens are for normal use - not for dying hair, removing makeup, cleaning up spills, etc.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 25 or older
- This is a completely no smoking property, there is no smoking inside OR on balcony
- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supply must be purchased by guests. Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors
- Please be respectful of others by being reasonably quiet between the hours of 10pm and 8am (in the condo, on the balcony, in the halls, etc)
- Do not place hot items on the countertops or use them as a cutting board, the surface can be damaged
