201 Tennismaster, Shipyard Plantation - Récemment rénové!

Nous avons démoli les murs de la cuisine pour ouvrir le plan d’étage et avons créé un agencement encore plus spacieux et ouvert de la cuisine / salle à manger / salon. La cuisine a été reconstruite à partir des étages, y compris des armoires personnalisées, des comptoirs en granit et tous les nouveaux appareils. La nouvelle buanderie adjacente à la cuisine a également une nouvelle laveuse et une nouvelle sécheuse.

La salle de bain principale du premier étage a également été reconstruite à partir de zéro avec un nouveau sol, une douche sur mesure, une vanité sur mesure et tous les nouveaux équipements de plomberie. Une salle de bains / salle d'eau entièrement rénovée au 1er étage et un nouveau revêtement de sol sur tout le premier étage complètent notre rénovation.

Le salon lumineux et gai a un mur de fenêtres pour laisser entrer le soleil et comprend un canapé-lit queen-size et une grande télévision à écran plat LCD. Nous avons Internet haute vitesse sans fil et un câble numérique, y compris le service DVR sur le téléviseur du salon. Une porte coulissante en verre dans le salon mène à notre patio avec un barbecue au charbon de bois. La grande piscine communautaire de Tennismaster se trouve à quelques pas de notre porte arrière et est visible depuis notre terrasse ouverte et notre porche avec moustiquaire (avec ventilateur de plafond).

La chambre principale est également située au premier étage et dispose d'un lit king-size, d'un ventilateur de plafond, d'une télévision à écran plat LCD et d'une salle de bains privative. La chambre principale a également une porte coulissante en verre à la terrasse de la cour.

Au 2ème étage, deux chambres supplémentaires; chacun avec deux lits jumeaux, balcons privés et salles de bain privées. Toutes les chambres ont une télévision à écran plat et un ventilateur de plafond.

L'emplacement idéal et un casier à la plage!
Le chantier naval est situé au centre de l'île, à proximité des parcours de golf, des restaurants et des magasins populaires, des sports nautiques et plus encore. Notre unité finale à Tennismaster se trouve à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la plage par un magnifique chemin pavé menant au Shipyard Beach House et à votre casier personnel. Utilisez-le pour ranger vos chaises de plage, vos parapluies et vos jouets tout au long de votre séjour afin de vous amuser à la plage sans avoir à transporter vos articles de plage chaque jour. Nous avons également un espace de stockage extérieur à la copropriété où vous pouvez garder vos vélos et votre équipement de plein air.

Notre famille a appelé Hilton Head notre deuxième maison depuis 40 ans et nous aimons aider les nouveaux visiteurs à profiter de notre île! Demandez-nous si vous avez besoin d'aide pour planifier vos activités!

Great location with a clean and beautiful condo!

We had a fun and relaxing trip with our 2 under 2! This condo is steps away from the awesome pool in Tennismaster and the condo was very clean and well stocked! We had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation!

Perfect beach vacation

This is our second year at this location and we love it here. We have plenty of room in the unit and the kitchen is spacious and well stocked. The owner is responsive and helps with any additional questions and concerns.

Great beach stay!

Our family stays in Shipyard for a week in July and we stayed at Tennismaster tor be close to them! It was the best stay! The condo had everything we needed and it was very clean. Would definitely stay again!

This is our 2nd stay at this condo and had an excellent time here as we did last year. The condo is well appointed, close the beach, comes with a beach locker and the host is very communicative and helpful.

Wonderful location!

Enjoyed our stay here with family. Condo was well equipped with everything you would need. Close to the beach, tennis courts, and pool! Kelly was very helpful with all of our questions. Especially enjoyed all the puzzles! Would definitely stay here again!

Hilton Head 2024

This townhouse style condo is perfect for a family get away. Beautifully updated first floor including a comfortable screened in porch overlooking the pool. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy our stay. I would recommend and definitely stay again. We have loved coming to Hilton Head and Shipyard for over thirty years and this unit was perfect.

Absolutely wonderful stay!

We have been coming to Hilton Head for 7 years now and once again we’ve had an amazing rental experience! From the cleanliness, location, spaciousness, and to the communication with the owners….all A+ ratings!! We will definitely be looking forward to next year!

Family of 7 perfect location

We have 3 toddlers and two tweenagers...this location was very manageable for us to take everyone to the beach...beach locker and parking lot pass were huge bonuses for this place...close proximity to everything need while vacationing...house was super clean and taken care of really well, especially by the current owners...we couldn't have been happier with our stay!

Annual friends vacation

This is our third time staying here. We really enjoy the layout and so close to pool. Some days we thought we were the only ones in the area since it was only us at pool. Kelly is great to work with. If we had a problem, she was quick to fix it. 10 minutes walk to beach. Loved that we had locker by the beach to store stuff. We had no problem getting a handicap parking space . We will rent her place again.

Amazing New Years in Hilton Head

We really enjoyed our stay. We cooked most meals at home, the kitchen is very well equipped and big to accommodate comfortably the whole family. The downstairs is renewed and beautifully furnished. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a bathroom each: they are a little bit older in style but really big and comfortable. We liked the area and the facilities. I would recommend this place to friends.

Family Vacation

We absolutely loved the location and the unit. It was well furnished with everything we needed to prepare meals and just relax. The pool is a few yards from the backyard. The beach is a very short bike ride or you can drive around the corner to the beach. We love the tranquility of HHI and highly recommend this unit for a family looking to spend quality time together. The owners responded very quickly to any questions we had and were super easy to work with too. Thank you for an amazing vacation and we can’t wait to return again.

Beautiful spacious home!

This was truly an amazing stay. I was in town for a local wedding with my family and 1 year old son. The location was terrific for everything we needed. The community has a wonderful big pool located right out the back steps of the unit. The unit itself was incredibly well maintained and the updated downstairs was beautiful. Kelly was very responsive during the check-in process. Shipyard is a terrific neighborhood and I would recommend this unit to anyone considering a stay. I will certainly be renting this again in the future!

Dream Kitchen

Our family prefers dining at home, and we loved that the kitchen in this unit is even more wonderful than it looks in photos. Spacious enough for multiple cooks plus cheerleaders & chatterboxes, it made meal prep such a fun part of our time together! Dozens of delightful memories made here. Dream kitchen. Dream property.

It was the best vacation we have had.

Everything about the villa was perfect.The air conditioner did not get it cool, but there were fans to help a little, the fridge went out, and the owner had a new one delivered in just a few hours. Everything else about our visit was perfect.

Well appointed property with updates

Great experience at 201 tennis master. The family loves HHI and we really like shipyard and this place didn't disappoint. It had everything we needed for cooking and a nice big island. The the beds were comfortable and liked that the large pool is close, right out the back door. This is a quick ride to the beach on the beach cruisers we rented and the beach locker was very handy to store our stuff each day. Overall a great place we would love come back to.

Enjoyed the Fall at Hilton Head.

My wife and I spent the last two months of fall 2017 at Tennis Master 201. Shipyard is conveniently located between Coligny and Shelter Cove, and Tennis Master, in our opinion, is the nicest community in Shipyard. Tennis Master 201 is a short walk to the beach, and being a ground level, end unit, feels more like a home than a rental condominium. We liked the floor plan, the nice large rooms, and the large closets, all of which made for a comfortable extended stay. We hope to return again. In our vacation rental history, Kelly Souply is quite possibly the nicest, most accommodating owner that we have ever experienced.

A beautiful remodel in a great location...

We had such a wonderful time in Hilton Head staying in Shipyard Plantation. We picked Shipyard because it is a quieter community but very close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Plus it is literally next door to Van Deer Meer Tennis which was our main reason for visiting Hilton Head. The first floor of this unit was recently remodeled with updated and tasteful layout and decor. It has an amazing island which was great to gather around in the evening after playing tennis and before going out. Being a first floor end unit, we felt like we were renting a home rather than a condo. Kelly is such an amazing host and responded very timely to any questions.

Quiet, Relaxing, Perfect Stay

201 Tennismaster was a wonderful, quiet and very relaxing stay. We were close to the beach, and the locker made it so easy to ride our bikes to the beach, show up and lay out in the sun and fun anytime we wanted to. Shipyard was a beautiful great place to stay with lots of quiet bike trails, nature and 5 minutes from shops and good restaurants. The house was well appointed and the screen porch area was perfect for drinking coffee and watching the birds. Plenty of room to hang out and play games. The storage shelter is huge and can store all your beach gear. The bathrooms were updated and very clean and the kitchen was beautiful and had everything we need. I especially liked the washer and dryer being full size and was quiet and quick for my towels. Kelly was a great host and responded quickly and sent the door code and instructions. We would definitely stay there again and already looking for dates for our next trip to HHI.

There are restaurants galore, golf, tennis, beach, pool, shopping, movies, horseback riding, water sports, just about anything you can think of. Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We bought this townhouse because it was spacious and bright, and in a great location within a private community. Shipyard has miles of bike paths and is centrally located on the island, close to our favorite places. Three 9-hole golf courses and tennis courts are within walking distance. It is also close to the beach, has a large pool area and it is larger than most condos on the island.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The condo is a short walk to the beach (5-7 minutes) and we provide a beach locker there for you to store your gear so you don't have to carry it back and forth from the condo each day. The golf course and tennis courts are also within walking distance. Since the condo is centrally located on the island, you are close to everything.
