This updated and newly renovated beach view Majestic Sun 507B vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, FL at Seascape Resort is located directly across from the beach on the fifth floor and sleeps a total of 6. This condo offers amazing Gulf views from all common areas. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of Summer from your private balcony or take a stroll on the beach. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is onsite, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun should you need anything.

Upon entering this 1 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental condo in Destin, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf or watch the HDTV. The living area also offers additional sleeping arrangements with a queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you would need for a home cooked meal. Enjoy your meals at the dining table and breakfast bar with beautiful views the Emerald Coast has to offer. The dining area seats 4 while the breakfast bar seats an additional 2. The master king suite offers an HDTV and private bathroom. This unit also provides a twin over twin bunk nook area, perfect for small children, and a full bathroom off the common areas. All mattresses have been replaced as of February 2022. A washer and dryer can be found in the unit at your convenience. This vacation rental sleeps a total of 6.

At Majestic Sun you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!

We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer) and the off season must be rented for a 3 night minimum.

*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies including a units private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**

Perfect view

Family of 5 had everything we needed for our stay. The girls enjoyed the bunk beds, teenager had the couch bed to himself and we had the comfy king bed. Plenty of towels and linen. The washer and dryer came in handy. We enjoyed the provided beach chairs and umbrella. Excellent location to the beach and you could not ask for a better ocean view! Super easy check-in and check out. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we highly recommend this unit!

Beach trip July 2022

Absolutely loved the location of this condo! It was very clean and check in and out process was very easy. The only complaint I have at all about the whole place were that the beds were extremely uncomfortable, especially the couch pull out bed. We made do, but that would be the only thing to keep me from re-booking. Other than that we loved everything else about it! Great location, great views!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love majestic sun condos! We’ve been staying in different ones in majestic sun for the past 10years; however, this time was a little disappointing. We don’t expect luxurious amenities, but the master bedroom mattress was severely uncomfortable, to the point that we purchased a mattress topper. We loved our beach vacation but couldn’t wait to get a good nights rest once we were back home. The balcony had cigarette remnants and a bunch of hair like it hadn’t been cleaned. Overall, just disappointing.

Great place for small family

This was my wife and I’s first beach vacation with our little one (11 mths). The place was great for the three of us and right next to the beach. We used the kitchen every morning and for lunch time while going out for dinner. The balcony was big enough for all three of us to enjoy the evenings after dinner. I was a bit bummed about the no smoking on the balcony because I enjoy smoking a cigar at night while hearing the waves break, but that’s my bad for not reading the HOA docs. Also we are use to drying our towels on the balcony railing after beach and pool time and that is a no-no per the HOA also, got a letter on the door. The little one enjoyed the pool in the afternoons and so did we. Having an indoor pool was great for times we wanted to get out of the sun with her. The one knock of the place is the bed is very hard and we had a tough time sleeping at night because of it. Other than that though it was a great place for our family and we enjoyed it immensely.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the property, the location & the customer service & would definitely stay here again. However,I would kindly like to offer some recommendations to make the stay much more enjoyable. Bathrooms: need wall shelving in the tubs to put shampoo and other essentials. walk in shower floor needs to be cloroxed to get rid of the mold stains on the grout.Curtain lining in the other bathroom needs changing badly.Both bathrooms need toilet cleaning brushes and cleaning supplies.The one brush is broken. Kitchen: need to have salt & peppers, coasters, and a pair of Scissors that are not rusted. All can be bought from the dollar store. Beach chairs REALLY need to be replaced. One is rusted which got on our clothes and pieces of the rust kept falling on the floor.The other chair with wooden handles had splinters.These chairs are not safe nor sanitary posing all sorts of health hazards.Two pairs Tommy Bahama chairs would cost around $120 and can be purchased at Home Goods. They are of great quality. Please include a vacuum cleaner because you can't avoid bringing sand into the unit and the broom is useless.A very nice and small vacuum can be purchased on Amazon for $65. Have a few board games like scrabbles, playing cards, uno, monopoly, etc. A couple of boogie boards would have been great to take on the beach. Also a keurig coffee maker would be fantastic, that way guests can just bring their own k-cups and not to have to shlep a large bag of coffee.The rug needs to be vacuumed really well and maybe even professionally cleaned from time to time.The living room window floor frame is very dirty with thick dirt and sand and rust. It needs to be cleaned really really well b/c right now it won't let you close the door with two people pushing it to get it closed.There is wood board at the front of the floor of the window causing us to trip multiple times which needs to be removed as it looks to be unnecessary.I will be happy to give your unit some TLC.For photos please notify me.

Great stay at Majestic Sun 507B

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Majestic Sun 507B. The location was excellent- easy walk to the beach. Large beach- not at all overcrowded. Lots of places to set up our chairs and be able to be close to the water. Bar to get drinks right on the beach. Convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. The condo was great for us. I liked the taller chairs on the balcony so you could see over the railing. The couch was comfy and the TV was nice. Nice to have a washer and dryer. The bathrooms were fine- no counter space, but wasn't really a problem for us with just 2 people. The mattress was a little hard, but I slept well so it must have been fine! We didn't cook so I cannot comment on the dishes/pots/pans, but it seemed to have everything one would need. The management company was easy to work with- they texted us everything and we had no issues at all. Was a perfect week- would recommend and would return!

Reviewer Comments: I’ve stayed at Majestic Sun many years and I absolutely love it! Through the years I’ve stayed in different condos. This year I decided to try Majestic Sun 507B. It was set up nice and accommodated the people that stayed. I absolutely believe that this specific condo could’ve been cleaned a lot better than it was! Especially when you are charged a cleaning fee! I will not return to 507B!

We enjoyed having pool chairs, toys, and an umbrella available within the condo! That was a huge perk considering we have never had those things in other rentals there! My only complaint would be about how uncomfortable the king sized bed is. The kids on the other hand LOVED the built in bunk beds in the hallway and even hung out there while they weren't sleeping! We were right by the elevator and trash chute room which is a complaint for most people, but we loved being that close to the elevator and being able to walk right out of our rental and dispose of trash.

Reviewer Comments: Upon arriving at unit 507b it had a nice view but wasn’t the cleanest place we have ever stayed! There was sand on the sheets and still sand left in the bathroom! I took it upon myself to clean both! There were very few supplies in the kitchen to use! For the price of what we paid i as expecting a more “luxury” place!The front desk personnel were very rarely there if we had questions-so we corresponded via email

Some Pros, Some Cons

Reviewer Comments: Pros: -Great location-Great price-Easy check in and check out processCons:-The mattress in the master bedroom leaves A LOT to be desired. Not a great nights sleep and constantly squeaks with any movement. Keep that in mind if you’re with a significant other and plan on doing ANYTHING at all in that bed.-The faucet in the master bathroom had a loose handle that didn’t match with the original faucet and would sometimes fall off.-The B units at Majestic Sun are less convenient than the A units in terms of parking and covered access to the property so keep that in mind if comparing between the two.-There was 2 single use dishwasher packets but not any single use clothes washing machine packets. I think 1 of each would be much more convenient than 2 just for dishes.

I loved the view from the balcony but the pull out couch bed was broken couldnt be slept on which was a huge problem due to having a large family. We had to sleep on the floor the first night and they brought a blow up mattress the second night. No compensation was offered. Also you could feel every spring in the bed located in the room. The room itself was nice the sleep accommodations were terrible.

Location location location

I love staying at the Majestic Sun. I had not previously stayed in this unit previously, and will not again. The location is right by the elevator - so if you are a light sleeper, like I am, you will here everyone getting on/off the elevator and the "ding ding" of the elevator all night. And goodness, please provide salt/pepper - can't be that costly to provide some common essentials.
